Fun experience overall, but here's how I could've done things better. I'd first stop in for a consultation, piercing options/placement, earring selection and get swept up in the fun-ness factor of the helpful team. They are adorbs! Next, get the pricing. DO IT! Then see about scheduling your piercing appointment. Make it for a day or two later in order to give myself some time to process all the options, ya know- sleep on it. If I don't, I may seem rushed and little less blindsided by the expense. Overall, it was fun. I chose well as I couldn't afford "investing" $1000 into a single piercing. There's some regret, but not much. Enjoying my cool piercing and the decision to spend less even though I was swept up in the moment with my girlfriends. read more

My friend and I went here last month to each get a piercing, and we were so excited. When we walked in, our first impression was that the atmosphere was great and the interior was very cool. We were greeted by the front desk and brought to the earrings cases. I was asked what my budget was and not planning to spend too much, I told her my budget was definitely on the lower side. We both felt rushed into making a decision of placement and earring choice. Based on what we had seen of ads for the company, we were expecting more of a consultation or assistance in making a decision which we didn't receive. The girl who did my piercing, Heather, came out to say hi, and I immediately got a bad vibe from her. She was very short and seemed annoyed so I then started to feel anxious about my decision. My friend and I quickly made our earring choices and went to wait in the lounge area. While we were waiting, I started to wonder about the prices because although we did say our budget was low, we realized we were never told pricing. I went up to ask one of the girls about the price for the earring, and after having to consult with two other girls, we found out that the earring I was assisted in choosing was over $800. I was completely shocked as I was not expecting that nor planning to spend that amount when I told her that my budget was on the lower side. I then had about 2 seconds to choose something else because at that point the piercer, Heather, came out to tell me she was ready. I was extremely apologetic to her that I had to pick another earring because I wasn't aware of the price and that I would be there ASAP. She didn't even try hiding her annoyance with me and she made me feel like I was ruining her day. The rest of the time I had a horrible feeling and spent the whole time anxious and uncomfortable in a situation that should have been fun and exciting. I hardly do reviews, but this experience had such a negative impact that my friend and I left feeling regretful and disappointed. Cool concept, but poor execution and communication. We will definitely not be coming back. read more

From the store itself, to the staff, to the jewelry - this place is truly something special. I went in for two new ear piercings. I have a few already and have been wanting to do a few more, I just wasn't sure what I should get. The staff was so incredible at helping me select the best piercings and jewelry for my ears specifically. Amelia was my piercer and she was fantastic. She has such great energy, was super professional, and gave me really great instructions about caring for my new piercings. It's such an intimate experience and she just made me feel so comfortable. This is a shady business with a fake facade because they are in a nice retail space. Beware. I got a cartilage piercing from here thinking it would be a safe and reliable place because of its location and social media presence. They portray a fun and safe experience. But we had the opposite. The prices were not what they seemed. Everything is insanely priced for fake jewelry. I was asked if I have a license at check in. Nothing was confirmed. I was asked to sign forms but my sister didn't have to sign anything. Super odd and inconsistent. When a client couldn't get her piercing because of a health concern the manager loudly complained about how she wasn't getting her sales for the week in front of us. The piercing was quick and seemed to be ok. However I formed a serious infection. I sought aftercare. They sent me their usual narrative. No call, just a standard email. My piercing is infected and closed yet their response is that every body is different. I think it's because they overcharge for cheap metal jewelry. I've never had this reaction before from my other piercings. read more

I have 15 piercings with several by Amelia at Wildlike. By far my best, least painful piercing experience. She really took her time to place them correctly and was super sweet. Lucky to have her in Dallas! Wildlike is such a beautiful store, cool selection, and everyone I met there was really helpful, especially Jade who helped me with styling and of course, Amelia. Running out of space on my ears, but definitely want to go back for more piercings! Maybe a piercing party is in order. read more

Came here to grab a nose ring and this place has absolutely lost their minds. $190 for a tiny nose ring and then you have to pay an extra $20 to have a back that it requires to be able to wear it then they want to charge $25 to put it in not even pierce it just to snap a tiny rose ring together. I had 3500 reward points equaling over $120 off and they said they no longer have that program and wouldn't allow me to use it. I have bought 16 pieces of jewelry from this place the latest a $650 septum ring and they want to ring you dry when you go get a replacement piece of jewelry. I won't be back. It's a rip off and they nickle and dime you for every dollar they can. Manager said to sales associate before leaving "make me proud today" which eludes to the desire for high sales and as a customer makes you feel like just another dollar sign for this company. If that manager cared about customer experience then I would have received 5 star service vs trying to charge me $250 for a $190 piece of jewelry. read more

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! HEATHER IS AMAZING!!! I cannot rave enough about my experience at Wildlike. The staff is over the top amazing, all very friendly and extremely helpful. If you want a place that is cutesy, girly but is also gonna make sure they hook you up and give you high quality piercings...this is literally the place. They take their time holding up individual earrings for you to choose from, and talk extensively about what piercings would look good for your specific ear. Both times I have been, the staff took the time to explain to me what would look best and was very thorough in making sure I got what made me happy. Not once was a certain jewelry price or anything "pushed" on me. It felt like everything was absolutely my decision and they were happy to help. Another big reason I greatly appreciate Wildlike is their dedication to creating a safe and healthy environment. They have many sterilizing machines for their earrings and instruments and frequently change their gloves during your session. The staff genuinely cares about their company, but even more about their customers and it truly shows in everything they do. The biggest reason my experience was so enjoyable was because of one of the staff members Heather! She went above and beyond and I truly cannot thank her enough! I first saw Heather in 2022, and enjoyed the experience so much that I recommend my friend go to Wildlike as well. She received the same excellent care that I did, and through chatting we found out that she had ironically also been pierced by Heather. We made the decision to get more piercings together, and insisted that we go back to Heather! Heather consistently made sure that we were comfortable throughout the entire time. Reassuring us that it was our body, meaning she prioritized our thoughts and vision for what we wanted. She reminded us to advocate for what we want and to not be afraid to speak up. Heather took her time placing dots on our ear, working with us to see where we would want the piercing and would redo the placement until we were happy. After she had already pierced my friends ear, while I was getting mine done my friend decided she changed her mind about the location of her piercing. Heather was very calm and reassured her that she understood and wanted her to be happy. Heather then removed the earring and told my friend to come back and she would happily redo it. Heather made me feel like she genuinely cares about her profession, and prioritizes her clients happiness. Heather was almost as excited about my piercing as I was! That alone reassured me that she truly cares. On the way home we could not stop talking about how happy we were after going to Wildlike, and raved about miss Heather for probably 30min haha. We can't say thank you enough! Heather is very clean and precise, constantly changing her gloves, wiping down surfaces, cleaning our ears with alcohol wipes, preparing them with iodine wipes, using disposable surgical mats and wearing a mask. I felt very confident about the medical safety. Big shout out to Wildlike for creating such a fun and welcoming environment, and an even bigger thank you to Heather for being so great and giving me something I will love for a long time! read more

I'd give this place a zero star review if I could. First, the jewelry is way over priced. It's mediocre at best but bc they are in Highland Park they price it high. Second, the staff is super rude and act like they are better than everyone else. One girl was so condescending I eventually left. I asked for her name but she wouldn't give it. Third, part of their questions to pierce ears includes a full medical disclosure. I don't necessarily want to tell some girl who is not a professional of anything about my medical history including my current vaccination status. Why does that matter - never has before? I have multiple piercings and have never had such a bad experience, They are so judgey & expensive. I'd be happier going to La Lobe or Claire's. Don't be fooled by the expensive location & high prices. Save yourself the trouble, money & frustration. read more

i was super excited to get my septum done with them because the place looked nice as well as the people there but they literally pierced it so wrong i had to go to another place to get it changed. i got it pierced with ivy and their service was really nice but first i wanted a horseshoe piercing which she didn't recommend since she was saying that my soft spot was not right and whatever so i just listened to her and got a normal hoop (which was $135 and honestly you could get the same quality hoop for much cheaper) and she was going back and forth if "i fit an 8 or 10 size" better, where she ended up giving me an 8 and would have liked for her to explain more the difference between them because after i went home it was too tight on me and you could barely see it because of how small it was. so the next day i went to a different place and the piercer told me that they pierced through my cartilage instead of the soft spot. he had to re do it correctly and i actually got the piercing and service i wanted for $70 compared to the $215 i paid in wildlike. honestly i'm really sad and disappointed because i spent money and time for them to pierce it wrong, if i kept it in the cartilage it would have never healed and wonder what else. don't waste your time and go to a more affordable and knowledgeable place. read more

I went into Wildlike late in the afternoon with my daughter. It was the highlight of my day because the gals working there were so kind, helpful and made you feel comfortable. We had a great experience and this place is classy. They know what they are doing and my daughter and I had a wonderful daddy/daughter outing.
