i was super excited to get my septum done with them because the place looked nice as well as the people there but they literally pierced it so wrong i had to go to another place to get it changed. i got it pierced with ivy and their service was really nice but first i wanted a horseshoe piercing which she didn't recommend since she was saying that my soft spot was not right and whatever so i just listened to her and got a normal hoop (which was $135 and honestly you could get the same quality hoop for much cheaper) and she was going back and forth if "i fit an 8 or 10 size" better, where she ended up giving me an 8 and would have liked for her to explain more the difference between them because after i went home it was too tight on me and you could barely see it because of how small it was. so the next day i went to a different place and the piercer told me that they pierced through my cartilage instead of the soft spot. he had to re do it correctly and i actually got the piercing and service i wanted for $70 compared to the $215 i paid in wildlike. honestly i'm really sad and disappointed because i spent money and time for them to pierce it wrong, if i kept it in the cartilage it would have never healed and wonder what else. don't waste your time and go to a more affordable and knowledgeable place. read more

I had a forward helix piercing done earlier this summer in Colorado and was told I would need to downsize my post 4-6 weeks after. I tried doing it myself and couldn't. I panicked since I did not know any piercing shops in Dallas. I googled to find Wildlike--surprised it was literally within 2 miles of me. I called and told them the situation and my fear of the hole closing. They invited me to come right over so that I could have it changed. Heather was incredibly kind and helpful--she sorted me out--getting me a shorter post than I originally had but slightly longer than my new one to accommodate the swelling I caused by trying to change it myself. The shop is beautiful! The jewelry brands they carry are top notch, including my favorite Maria Tash. All of the girls there were so sweet and accommodating! They really helped me in a time of stress. It's great to have a shop that has the higher end piercing jewelry, with a more retail vibe rather than your typical tattoo/piercing parlor atmosphere. Not that those are bad--just a little more on the edgy side. Wildlike has a very comforting, familiar feeling that helps any and all feel welcome. I plan to be a frequent visitor/shopper! read more

I went in this past week with the plan to get my septum pierced. My cousin recommended this place to me as she's been before and loved the concept of safe piercing & piercing with beautiful jewelry that won't just be trashed like usual first piercing jewelry. I originally was booked with Della, but she was busy so Drea pierced me instead. I'm in awe of how professional she was, yet made me feel completely comfortable. She took the time to help me find a piercing that wouldn't be too big (I'm a teacher and didn't want a huge septum ring), but also something that wasn't too small and possibly hurt me while it healed. She sanitized in front of me, and really took the time to walk me through each step. Absolutely amazed at how easy peasy this piercing was! I booked an appointment here to get a piercing but needed to cancel last minute for a family emergency. I called SEVERAL times to cancel and even left my information in a voicemail but no one answered (I called when they were open). Later that day my card was charged for the full price of what the piercing would've costed even though I didn't get the piercing. The cancellation policy says cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a cancellation fee but if I knew the cancellation fee would be the full price for the piercing I would've never booked in the first place. I think they need to be more clear with their advertising that if you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged FULL PRICE and not just a small cancellation fee like most places. read more

I came to get my 15 year old daughter's ears pierced and since I didn't have her birth certificate with me they weren't going to pierce her. I had to look on my phone though emails to find it. I found it 12 minutes after my appointment time and they couldn't pierce her due to not having time. They refused to refund my $60 fee because "I paid to block out a 30 minute appointment" time slot. I went in for a piercing change for my nose. I wanted a hoop instead of the stud i had, when she was putting in the jewelry i immediately started bleeding and it was hurting really bad. definitely more than a usual piercing change, i know that it's on my nose so it's sensitive but it was really bad. she was using a lot of force to get the hoop in and then said the hoop was too big, so we tried something smaller but that wouldn't fit.. so we went back to the original hoop. After i left it was throbbing really bad and basically felt like i had gotten my nose pierced again, it was obvious that she used the wrong gauge on my nose and that it was too big for the original hole but was forced in there anyways. read more

Just about the worst customer service I've ever experienced, especially from the girl with pink hair and a lip piercing who told me she wouldn't give me her name in order to protect herself from corporate. Came in to get my cartilage pierced because I had a neck tumor taken out a bit ago and wanted to "celebrate" finally. She took one look at my scar and wouldn't let anyone in the store pierce me because it made her uncomfortable and she didn't think I'd be able to take care of it. I assured her that I knew how to take care of my perfectly healthy ear but she still refused to serve me because of her discomfort (meanwhile making me feel extremely uncomfortable as NO empathy was being shown). There is no corporate rule that states prevents them from serving me so it is because of her assuming she knows all, that what was supposed to be me making lemonade out of lemons is now an experience I'd like to forget. Yeah they have cute jewelry, but save yourself from the interaction with these girls. Especially the one with the pink hair. read more
