I will never be able to go back to a regular gym again. This gym is simply amazing. The minute I walked in the door I felt welcomed and immediately felt supported. There are people of ALL skill levels and all shapes and sizes and everyone is there to help you and push you to your best. I love that no matter who you are, what you look like or what your story is, no one is here to judge you, they're here to support you and help you not only reach your goals but exceed your goals. The competitiveness helps push me past what I ever thought I could do and I love every bit of it. The owners really care for you as a person and don't see you as just another number in their gym and you don't see that elsewhere. This place makes everyone feel like family and I couldn't ask for a better support system while working out or just when I need to vent. His passive attitude in a place I used to love, drove me away. The trainers are amazing, and always have a smile on their face. The rules are completely over the top. You have to be 16+ just to use the hot tub, which already feels excessive, but banning pool noodles is next level ridiculous. Then, after paying, I was forced to wait 30 minutes for absolutely no clear reason. No explanation, no organization, just standing around while time was wasted. It honestly felt like they didn't care at all. And the sanitation? Questionable at best. For a place that's supposed to be about swimming and cleanliness, it did not feel clean or well-maintained. Overall, this place manages to be strict, disorganized, and underwhelming all at once. Charging people for this kind of experience is wild. Today was one-on-one with the teacher and getting used to the water. There was some instructions for the kiddos and they did great listening! I definitely recommend giving this place a shot. They have a shallow end for the kiddos. LSH didn't have a shallow end. They have an awesome snack counter with drinks and coffee. Everything you need for swim meats. There is also a large gift shop right when you walk in. We look forward to the rest of the classes as the summer progresses.

The plan is very clean and well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are about the same as most yoga studios. I am a former yoga instructor and I'm pretty picky about my yoga classes. I've also practiced for over 7 years on a regular basis and on and off for about 15-16 yrs. I absolutely love their vinyasa style/power classes but felt the sculpt was just okay. I taught a lot of sculpt down in San Diego and we were trained to teach to the beat of the music + a heavy emphasis on verbal cues to set you up. I definitely will come back for the vinyasa classes again when things settle down a bit with covid and I'm in town again.

Upon checking in, I was told by a viscerally nasty older woman (severe gray haircut) that my membership expired Dec 31st. It's February 9th. Ok, I'll make a call and handle this. But then this vicious entity refuses to give me my Silver & Fit ID Number because it was no longer valid. She berated me for having picked up a slip of paper off the counter to jot the number down. The number she refused to give me " If you had wanted a piece of scratch paper, I would have given you one. If you had asked! That's an enrollment card'!!" I left a message for a membership director to give me a call. This evening at 8:30, Tanya calls, and attempts to apologize for the front desk clerk. Tanya 'doesn't know' who was working the front desk today. Tanya does provide the expired ID number, which I can use as reference with my health insurance. Puhleeze! No. No thanks. I never will step foot in that legitimately hostile environment again. BTW, I am a person of color.
