All new again helped clean the water out when it was rushing into our home, moved all our stuff out, did complete remediation, documentation, and rebuild to our specifications. Here's why: - Vitaliy was exceptionally clear, punctual, and spoke in facts (he was not at all sales-y). - He did what he said he'd do (call me back, or prepare an estimate) when he said he'd do it. From the first interaction, it was clear he has high integrity. - Vitaliy noticed critical details (such as the fact that none of my windows had flashing!) that nobody else documented in quotes or discussed with me. - And, his responses to my questions were patient and thorough. Vitaliy helped me understand all the aspects of the project and design choices, which helped me feel confident and supported. And then the work began! - Slavic and Alex were assigned to my project and wow - they are exceptionally skilled and hard working! - Slavic and Alex have great attention to detail. The Rot Doctor did an excellent job from start to finish. They carefully removed the rotten siding, boards, and supports while temporarily supporting the wall, then installed a new pressure-treated sill, water-resistant siding, flashing, and belly band, with everything properly caulked and sealed. The workmanship was very high quality. All the cuts were precise, with clean lines, no gaps, and everything felt sturdy and well-built. They also went above and beyond by replacing and reinforcing some warped supports that weren't originally part of the scope. They were experienced and clearly knew how to approach the job, and they were great to work with throughout. Communication and customer service were excellent--we were able to discuss the work as it progressed and adjust the scope when needed. They were punctual, worked efficiently, and completed the entire job in just three days. The pricing was also competitive.
