Annually, I have B-Happy come to my house and clean my carpets. I have 5 dogs at house on a daily basis, so it is not an easy task. I am also very picky about how the carpets are cleaned. No perfumes, and the carpets can't be very moist by the time they leave. They came again today and I got the same amazing results. And it is always with a smile! I had a serious virus last month. To my horror, I lost bladder control in my bedroom before being hospitalized. I did some preliminary cleaning once I returned home but the carpet still smelled. Now it is fresh smelling and clean!!! Interesting you chose to edit your response several times. I did talk to you about the situation. You flat out refused to honor the coupon and offered to leave and not clean my carpets. Looking back, that is what I should of done. But I had the day off, had moved all my furniture so you could shampoo the carpet. I had no reason to believe you would not honor your own coupon. Instead of honoring the coupon, you called the publication while in my house and asked them to change the wording on the coupon. You also told me you could get the stains out before you arrived. Than after you "cleaned" the carpets informed me they might not come out. Service was poor. Wouldn't honor their own coupon nor take responsible for poor customer service. read more

Be $290 worth of Unhappy! Started off bad from the moment the couple walked in the door, however that's not my issue here. My issue is the quality of their work. In the past, I've always done my carpets with my home machine and I have to say that I've always done a pretty good job; however this time my wife insisted on getting it professionally cleaned. After they completed their work and the carpets dried out (no doubt they were dry as the windows/sliding glass door were open for days while it was around 80 degrees), things smelt funky and the carpets still looked dingy (no, I'm not talking about the room that had a cat urine issue). So disgusted and upset, I couldn't take it any longer and a couple days later I took out my machine and in 10 minutes I came up with a bucket of filth. A complete waste of money. read more

Here is my latest experience with Bill, I call yesterday, in desperation, to get the carpets cleaned in my parents' home in Arlington, after it had been trashed by a break-in while they were both in care centers. Not only did Bill of B-Happy make it a priority (10:00 am today, thank you very much), he could not have been more kind and professional. And, FYI, his final price for an amazing job in a terrible situation was almost $200.00 less than the rough estimate given by Stanley Steamers (and that was a quote to my sister who is a repeat customer of theirs...or was...). B Happy Carpet Cleaning has done a wonderful job on several jobs for our family. We had Bill and his son out to clean carpets in our large home before listing it for sale. The light beige carpets turned out looking like new. He spent extra time and care and used different specialty cleaners for some spots we had. He mentioned he also cleaned furniture and we have a beige sectional that needed it after our dog rubbed against it for years. We called B-Happy Carpet Cleaning after a terrible experience with a large chain carpet cleaning service-they told us all of the carpets in our rental home needed to be replaced. We explained the situation to B-Happy and the owner himself said he could come out the very next morning and give us his opinion and a quote. He and his team arrived promptly, gave us an honest opinion and a very fair quote, and got the work done quickly.
