We were looking for a specific floor plan that we could not find at any of our local dealers, Wilkins did not have it either but after talking to sales representative Holly, she said there was one built ready to ship that may be what we were looking for, looking at the specs and floor plan we went for it sight unseen with only the quality of the manufactures other on hand units to go by, Our new Flagstaff ended up being perfect for us with very few flaws that I took care of, we love it. It was the second unit I bought from Wilkin's

Ill spare the long story by saying pay close attention before handing your over. They have a walk thru inspection which in my opinion you should tell the person that I inspect and ask questions and you answer before I sign. Folks this is the laziest group selling a product that I ever experienced in 56 years on this earth. They have a bootloader of legal papers for you to sign. Bottom line, if you can help it, dont buy from this place. They got 10k for their service. Which is shit.

Unfortunately, our experience after the sale was marked by repeated delays, unfulfilled commitments, and poor follow-through. Among our concerns were a promised reimbursement check that required repeated requests, questions regarding paid-for protection services, registration-related issues, and a general lack of urgency in resolving customer concerns after the contract was signed. The difference between a good dealership and a bad one is not whether problems arise--it's how they respond when they do. In our case, we felt valued while purchasing the RV but largely ignored afterward. We have maintained documentation of our communications and would strongly encourage prospective buyers to carefully review all paperwork, verify every promised service, and obtain written confirmation of anything discussed verbally. We expected accountability and customer service. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

I was sold an ancillary insurance policy for over 3k on my 63k investment, a Grand Design 5th wheel. Upon our1st trip, the lights would not turn off over my sons bed. We had to tape solo cups over them so he could sleep. I immediately called Wilkins and advised and was told to cut wires...then they came back and advised not to cut wires and told me how to cut power by dropping light and disconnecting. When I was sold insurance, I was told someone would come to my location. THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN. I canceled insurance and requested refund..after many, many calls I did get money back around 2 months later. Same trip I brushed against pole coming out of gas station and got an estimate to be fixed from Wilkins. They do repair work in winter months I was told. They did not include slide topper on initial claim and stated a supplement would be put in. Never happened. Calls do not get returned at all. After voicing my displeasure I was talked down to very rudely by service and the GM. The phone call ended with the GM saying " Go fix your own damn camper" and disconnected. I should have known better as my mother purchased a camper there as well. On a trip, my step father noticed the tire was losing air and brought to local shop. This was a brand new camper...the tire was leaking from a plug that was used to repair before being sold... unreal. Stay far away.
