I'm guessing that they were providing an estimate for something that could have been remedied using a simpler method. Their estimate was a 2 day procedure of typical body work and repainting, whereas other shops are using a dent removal procedure for half the price. In other words, I can't believe that they are not aware of what is becoming a common method to solve the problem.

The rental company's road side service called Red's. What a great choice. Despite the rental company's overall confusion about the existence of a spare tire (we finally checked, there wasn't), Red's stayed committed to helping. Finally early in the evening Red's towed the rental and returned ~11:30PM with a replacement, a process that took them several hours. All the while they remained in good spirits and did follow through on their committment to not strand us without a car. If we lived here Red's would be my go to car guy.

Most importantly; I was towed in at 4:30pm and on the road all fixed up 1pm the next day after they made sure the car was completely safe to continue cross country. Oh...and the repair was priced very well...they totally could have hosed the outsider. Finally! They documented all the damage as this repair is falling to the dealership. I bought my van there two years ago. It was listed for $3000. I put down $2000 and made payments…read moreevery week for two months of $100-$150. So pretty much paid off the whole thing, minus maybe $100-$150. I had nothing but issues with this thing from the day I got it. They sold it to me missing an ABS chip, which I was told I would get "as soon as they could order it" for the next three months, I was taking it in every week for repairs, battery dying out, just so many problems. Then I was late on a payment by a few days and they had it towed on me. So I payed to get it out of the tow place, and then paid them another $200. So, that should have taken care of the rest of what I owed. I heard nothing from them after that, so I assumed it was finally paid off. I took it to Pick and Pull because I'm finally done with the piece of junk. Shopping for a new vehicle as we speak. They told me there's a lien on it. So I call this place, to ask what the deal is. THESE PEOPLE SAID I HAVENT MADE PAYMENTS IN OVER TWO YEARS. for 1, IVE ONLY HAD IT FOR NOT EVEN TWO FULL YEARS YET. I got it in MARCH of 2021. THEN they want to say I still owed $1100 on it. WHAT! Absolute SCAM artists. Not to mention, they were SO quick to tow it when i was late by a Few days why would they have not towed it again if I really owed that much money...? I paid it pretty near close to off, if not completely off and then some! I'm beyond disgusted at how awful this place was. They were horrible to work with, they were just downright unprofessional, and not to mention massive scam artists. I will absolutely never give them my business again, and I wouldn't reccomend a single person to go to that place.
