The lowest floor access is down a steep RAMP! It lies partially below ground level. Plus, no elevator! So, you need to use stairs to reach the upper 3 floors! It's amazing that no other reviews commented about this!? No luggage cart. Lug your bags up the stairs or carefully down the steep ramp (it's likely not ADA compliant). No covered unloading.
