Well, Will since my last review I have brought all 4 of our vehicles in for their SMOG CHECKs. They range in model years from 2002 to 2016. I enjoy your service and your knowledge, every time. You do a great job, are efficient, and we are out of there in almost no time. (the longest one was about 20 minutes). I am not happy that California has us checking the smog so frequently, but with Will's kindness and the RIGHT Price, we get great bang for the buck $$$ Thanks Will for a very smoothe experience. Complete waist of time! This dude completely fails my truck just because he was to lazy to ask for some numbers for my vehicle! And was in a rush to help he's buddy, to work on he's car! Not comprehending that I had all part numbers for the vehicle. First time ever someone fails my truck for some idiotic move like this. read more

Waiting area is outside, so plan accordingly. No appointment needed. Walked in and completed in 30 mins. Will is state certified and honest about what you need done. Very close to my work (industrial area in SFS). I wanted to go during my lunch hour but concerned I'd have enough time. I called and asked if I could make an appointment for noon and was told yes. I got there and he took me in immediately and was complete (with submission to DMV system) within 12 minutes! Very, very nice man! $59.99 with tax. I'll never go anywhere else! read more

Instead of fixing the actual problem, they upsold her over $2000 worth of work, and returned the vehicle still leaking- actually worse than before. Because my sister had to leave town, I personally dealt with the shop afterward. They kept the vehicle back and forth a total of 4 weeks, during which their clearly incompetent technicians couldn't identify the source of the leak. After all that time, they suddenly claimed they "found" the leak and of course, wanted even more money to fix it. Ricky, the so-called "manager," was fake, dishonest, and straight up lied to my face. He claimed they never touched the reservoir that was leaking - which is impossible, because that part must be transferred when replacing the power steering pump they already installed. This shows their complete lack of knowledge, or intentional dishonesty. The vehicle was NEVER FIXED, and I had to take it to another shop. What we did get was weeks of wasted time, money burned on Ubers going back and forth, and nonstop gaslighting instead of accountability. This shop preys on customers who don't know cars and just try to upsell, deflect, and lie when things go wrong. Educate yourself before taking your vehicle to ANY shop, but most importantly-- AVOID THIS ONE. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.
