I brought it back this morning and when I asked her why she was charging me an additional fee, she told me to get the "F" out and that she did not like me from the beginning. As a customer, I don't particularly want to hear inside jokes or staff conversations while I'm trying to relax. When I'm spending this amount of money on a haircut, I'm looking for an upscale, clean, and relaxing environment. The haircut itself was excellent, but the overall atmosphere didn't quite match that expectation.

Most recently, one side (the left side) of my hair was over an inch longer than the other (the right side) and the layers in the back were choppy and poorly blended. I actually had to purchase my own scissors to fix it at home, which is not something I should ever have to do after paying this much for a professional haircut. I've tried giving the salon multiple chances and have seen different stylists, but the issues have been consistent. While the staff is friendly and scheduling is easy, I don't believe the quality of service matches the price. For $100, I expect a clean wash and an even, well-done haircut and unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience here.
