I need to return when I'm not always in a hurry. I'm sure I could find a ton of bargains. Unnecessary at an outlet store, especially when you can go to the mall and the security guard there is wearing a polo shirt and a smile. Is he armed? Maybe, but he has discretion and tact. The management can clean up the image and need for security by hiring ones with personnel skills and a welcoming behavior.
