I had to cancel an appointment 48 hours in advance and got lectured about them needing more time, only for their rescheduled appointment to be cancelled last minute on their end due to staffing issues. When I started going to Dr. Glass's office, I needed quite a bit of restorative dentistry -- more expensive procedures to fix broken and decayed teeth. After those visits, I appreciated the personal follow up. It was a bit of a surprise to have the dentist calling my house just to check to see if I was in post procedure pain and asking if everything felt OK However, since I started being more disciplined about showing up for cleanings twice a year and following advice on type of paste, brush, and water floss, it has all been preventative.
