I returned to Dr. David Shadrick and Dr Megan Gazda this past week and results were astonishing. I had immediate relief. The chiropractic care I received was incredibly effective providing 60% relief & inflammation in my neck, shoulders, arms & thoracic area within hours.I experienced relief & improvement of pain after another adjustment with Dr Gazda 2 days following. Next week I will see Dr John McCarthy & confident I will receive further Alignment & decrease of painful symptoms . I will return to regularity of treatments with all 3 Drs over each moth . It is imperative I do so as I have a complicated Neuro endocrine medical condition & to support my body -mind - spirit as a professional Dance & Pilates Coach . I don't think I ever could've gone a year and a half with the chronic condition & being without treatment by Davis SQ Chiropractors if I hadn't had a great foundation from the prior years of their care . What sets apart Davis Chiropractic is their commitment to preventive medicine and maintenance is exemplary. The general professional friendship I've developed with the 15 years of their expertise combined with warm welcoming atmosphere makes this TEAM unparalleled in the area. This includes the front desk, reception, and administration with Stephanie and Leslie. They're genuine ,efficient and caring . Davis Chiropractic accepts Medicare, which is a significant advantage. I've had opportunities to switch to more convenient locations, but I wouldn't trade the exceptional care & relationship. I can attest to the importance of regular care and maintaining my overall well-being .Davis Chiropractic's commitment to preventive medicine and maintenance is exemplary and I'm grateful for the expertise. If you're seeking top notch, care look no further, Dr David Shadrick . As a patient who had been loyal and dependent on the care at Medford Chiropractic for over 7 years,…read moreI write this review now to express my utmost disappointment in this practice. When I started here in 2018, the staff, such as Nancy, were supportive, efficient, and polite in all communications. The providers, particularly Dr. Diane Sofia, cared deeply about patients and used expert training and patient communication skills to respond to physical needs. On a weekly basis, for the first 5 years, I was brought pain relief under Medford Chiropractic's care, allowing me to partake in rigorous athletics training. However, when the practice changed ownership sometime (to the best of my knowledge) around 2023, and long-time staff and providers left the practice, the care quality began to change significantly. I was slow to notice the decline because I was seeing Medford Chiropractic less frequently between 2023-early 2025. However, when I returned to the practice for regular visits in May 2025, I was dismayed at the lack of support and professionalism. The office staff, even after having my insurance information for several weeks, was slow to verify the amount owed and requested that I pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket and wait for reimbursement. However, I am in frequent communication with my insurance provider and know this amount to be severely inconsistent with my plan's benefits. Because the staff was insistent, I stayed in the office after my appointment to get my insurer on the line to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this was not the end of insurance related issues that Medford Chiropractic created; though there were no changes in my insurance policy, which should have afforded me ample medical visits, in the Fall of 2025 Medford Chiropractic alerted me I was running out of appointments. I communicated with Medford Chiropractic on the issue and conferred with my insurance company, who explained that Medford Chiropractic was billing with physical therapy codes, thereby limiting my number of appointments per year. I was informed by my insurer that this could be resolved with a renewed authorization. On 10/6/25, my insurance company put me on hold while they called Medford Chiropractic and allegedly extended the authorization on file. However, when, on 11/24/25 I had not received communication from Medford Chiropractic on the resolution of any insurance issues, I spoke with Audrey from Medford Chiropractic on the phone, who alleged that she could not see the new authorization on file but encouraged me to schedule an appointment regardless because it would "probably go through." As a graduate student with no income and no verification from Medford Chiropractic that more appointments would be covered, this was an unacceptable option for me. I asked Audrey if she could please reach out to my insurer directly and get back to me, which she said she would after the Thanksgiving holiday. After several weeks post-Thanksgiving of waiting, I took the initiative to call Medford Chiropractic. I called the practice 4 times during regular business hours - twice at different points of the day on 12/10/25, and once each on 12/16/25, and 12/17/25. Each time, my calls went to voicemail, where I left detailed information with a callback request. I know the practice received my communications because I received immediate automated apology text messages promising prompt assistance. I further know that the practice maintains my correct contact info on file because they have sent emails and texts about office operations updates as recently as today. However, the practice has yet to reach out to resolve the insurance limitations that they themselves, by their conduct of billing with physical therapy codes, have caused. Meanwhile, my physical condition has been deteriorating such that I am in constant and worsening pain. If Medford Chiropractic is unable to offer me the decency of communication and care that I require, I must turn elsewhere.

I have seen him when my body has been screaming at me post an ovarian cyst hemorrhage and an infection from a dog bite on my finger. His care is what I wish all of my healthcare experiences were like. I left feeling seen, understood, cared for, and so much better! -He takes the time to get a full picture of what's going on. -He really remembers you and your story when you come back and asks follow ups that make you feel like you have a real partner in what you're facing. -He empathizes with what you're going through and focuses both on immediate relief and a longer term plan to address the root cause of issues. -He uses a combination of techniques - including targeted massage - to get right to the areas of my pain that provide so much relief. I was surprised that a chiropractor did many of the things that Sean can do for me. If you're experiencing any kind of body pain, I recommend giving Sean a try! He has been a GODSEND for me! When I first came in, I had worsening knee pain (~4/10) when I walked, and lower back pain (~5/10) when I sat. It wasn't fully bothersome, but enough for me to want to seriously do something about it before it gets worse. During my first visit, Dr. Nick took X-rays and explained his findings. I had minor hip and shoulder misalignments and moderately severe neck misalignment. He proceeded by giving options (i.e. phase 1, 2, 3...) but made it clear that these are "recommended guidelines" and the decision is entirely up to me. I decided to try out phase 1, which is 3 visits a week for I think ~18 sessions. I would make sure to verify if your insurance covers it. My insurance does not, so I was aware that it is coming out of my HSA. The adjustments are roughly 5-10minutes. Dr. Nick explained that the body will heal itself after being used to its adjusted posture. Asides from these adjustments, I also started running and stretching daily - I saw the adjustments as more of a supplement rather than a fix-all. I became conscious about my posture and was religiously making sure I stood up every 20-25minutes to stretch from my desk job. The pain decrease was gradual. My knee pain lingered daily but subsided slowly. At one point, my back pain disappeared and I notice myself sitting in a curved posture naturally. I still have minor knee pain, but it is equivalent to the pain I felt after a 1-mile run when I started to the pain I felt after a more recent 10-mile run. Today was my last day of phase 1. It was bittersweet to say that I didn't think phase 2 was necessary with the results which may differ per person. I'm not saying that Dr. Nick's practice was the main source of my improvements, but it definitely helped - especially since he is knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and could explain the intent of the procedures. His explanations are invaluable and I believe those are what will actually help long term - so I would ask a lot of questions if I were you! The people at LifeWorks (shout out to Jake at the reception!) are friendly and made me enjoy visiting often. I'll miss coming in as a part of my morning routine!

I ended up going to the emergency room and they sent me to an orthopedic doctor who told me that he couldn't find anything wrong with me and wanted to put me on muscle relaxers. I left there and did some research on back care and found Dr. Haberstroh. When I saw Dr. Haberstroh I asked him to do his own x-rays because I didn't trust the orthopedic, which he did. He showed me in the x-rays that there was something wrong with my back and neck and then proceeded to give me chiropractic care. As soon as he adjusted me I felt great and I could finally move my neck and walk without pain. From that point on I haven't stopped seeing Dr. Haberstroh. Since then I have been seeing him for regular care and when my neck and back flair up I see him more often. He's amazing, he's the best chiropractor there is, I've recommended people to him and they are always happy with his services.
