I called Ruchi, quickly met with her, shared my copies of the tax documents I had and she took it from there. She reviewed them and discovered several errors in the filings from my previous tax advisor that would likely have caused me problems 'down the road', corrected the documents and got everything back to 'square one'! Not only was my first advice incorrect, but I was lied to about an agreement he indicated was made with the IRS. He never got an agreement from the IRS, and I am literally having to pay heavily for that lie. Then he charged me extra for the year they messed up. Anyway, no way would I recommend them.

The next day or so I had a summary of my return, which I thought would take longer since I have rental property and other items that made my tax prep a little more complex but they handled with total expertise!
