Feb. 2026 - they may not have extra wide aisles and huge shopping carts…read more What they do have is a huge and varied inventory. Not just a "take it or leave it" feeling. It reminds me of an old-fashioned hardware store; where you didn't have to buy 100 nails, if you didn't need that many, Besides the expected tools and hardware, they also have gardening supplies, plant specific potting soils, and fertilizers. Charcoal and propane grills. Fireplace pellets, water softeners, and plenty of salt for the snow. They have a few toys for kids, and some culinary tools, the kind you'd expect in a place like Williams-Sonoma. The staff is available and will come over to offer assistance if needed. They also know what they're talking about. They're not glorified check out clerks. So you don't get some mumbo-jumbo answer because they don't know the answer! Someone mentioned that their prices seem high; they seem fairly reasonable to me. After I've found what I'm looking for; I enjoy wandering around the store just to see what's there. It's discovering novel items, or something you've been looking for, but couldn't find in the expected venues that's most enjoyable.

We moved to our new house about two months ago and we are still waiting for 35% of our cabinet hardware (pulls and knobs); if your cabinets are white and you have three hungry teenagers, like we do, that is kind of a problem. (I look like a maniac running after them with my sponge). The granite installation was sloppy at best, it was cut awkwardly at places, and the silicone they placed between the granite slabs looked like wide spats of shiny glue. So classy! The silicone was removed by our builder and there is wide gap between the edge of the granite and the division between the cabinets and the refrigerator. A really nice and desirable look. This company also did my bathroom sinks and ordered the wrong size for one of of them, so they placed a temporary sink. It has been OVER TWO MONTHS since the house was finished and I still do not have a permanent sink in the master bathroom. The spice cabinets in the kitchen island make a noise when they are closed and small strange parts pop out of those cabinets once in a while, I just save them and in my spare time try to figure out where they go. What a difference with the company from which we bought and installed the marble on my island, just down the road from these guys! (Very professionals, impeccable installation, great service). Again, stay away from this place!

I genuinely love this store and find myself coming back to it over and over again, both for my…read moredental practice and for my personal space. It has become a go to whenever I feel like something needs to be more efficient, more streamlined, or just better thought out. What makes it stand out is the experience of actually being in the store. Walking through the aisles sparks ideas in a way that online shopping never does. You start seeing possibilities you didn't even know you needed. A drawer divider becomes a system, a storage bin becomes a workflow solution. It's not just shopping, it's problem solving in real time. I use a lot of what I find here to improve organization at my office, and it has had a real impact on how smoothly things run day to day. There's something very satisfying about creating systems that reduce friction, and this place is full of tools that help you do exactly that. They consistently carry unique, well designed solutions that you won't easily find elsewhere. It feels curated for people who actually care about organization, not just basic storage. If you're someone who enjoys optimizing your space, whether at home or in a business, this store is incredibly inspiring. I would honestly describe myself as an organization enthusiast, and this is one of the few places that truly delivers on that level.

It's a reliable store. It has nice hangers & organizational products. Go early in the morning.read more

I subsequently ordered Miele stackable washer dryer set and Jake and Don did another great job getting them in and installed. I would have given a 5 star review on both appliances and delivery but the stupidly expensive green european Miele washing machine arrived from the factory with an error code that required service under warranty. Took almost three weeks to get resolved with one diagnostic service call and one repair part service call. Having said all that, Alex the service guy was aces! Would do business with again, communication was always great, probably wont buy another Miele product though...

They succeed because they…read moreare everywhere, they often make it easy to shop with them, and because they can often undercut the smaller local spots when it comes to prices. I made the mistake of ordering a gas range from one of these giant corporations, and it turned out to be a giant problem. They delivered but couldn't handle the installation, and then they couldn't take the stove with them, and then the guys who came to pick it up were rude and caused more issues, etc. So I did what I should've done, and I called Earl B. Feiden, and they helped me out, and solved my problem. I got to talk to an actual person (thanks Ken!), and I laid out what I needed (a gas range in a non-standard size), and where the potential problem might arise (it needed to be converted to propane), and they handled it like pros. Sometimes it may cost you a little more time and a tiny bit more hassle (if you consider talking to an actual person a hassle, not a pleasure like I do) to go with the smaller shop, but I highly recommend buying local. It worked out for me with Earl B. Feiden. And in the end, the range I got ended up being cheaper than the one from the big box store anyway.
