A baker/cooks candy store. They have so many wonderful professional quality cookwear and small appliances, utensils and so much more. They have a wonderful assortment of gourmet foods. I especially love their pancake and waffle mixes, spices and flavorings. They have a small section of home goods like dishes and glassware, and bathroom accessories. I have a lot of backing pans, appliances and utensils from here and everything has held up to the use and abuse I put it through. Today was one of my favorite times to shop here, even if its just window shopping, to see their holiday displays and seasonal speciality items.Their peppermint bark is a classic, and very addictive. Its no wonder why it is a favorite. My little find today was piggie bacon press. I'm telling you, I could open up my own restaurant with all the tools I've bought over the years from here. I have more gadgets than Inspector Gadget himself.

Williams Sonoma is an upscale kitchen supply store located on a trendy street in fashionable Winter Park. I find a lot of times it seems you are paying more for the name Williams Sonoma than the actual quality of the tool, but they also have quality items upon the shelves. The staff is friendly and were able to answer my questions. I would recommend here, if at the very least, it provides a nice diversion to wander amongst the aisles and see all the wares. On this trip I bought a spatula for way too much, but it was a gift and not only had Williams Sonoma on the handle, but also was embossed with the "Star Wars" logo on it (a friend who has a particular fondness for that movie franchise).

Located on the main strip through historic downtown Winter Park, this shop is pretty standard for the chain. You'll find all the usual offerings from kitchen gear to accessories. I especially love all the fun seasonal items and Star Wars themed items they offer - check out the Vader and Storm trooper aprons towards the back. They offer some small classes and tastings from time to time so be sure to ask what's coming up on the calendar if you wanna learn more. Three staff is nice and the store is clean. There really isn't anything here to being this location up from a ok status as it doesn't really offer anything unique or new for the chain. You'll find exactly what your use to finding for this brand. Overall: B Standard for this line with nice staff and regular classes /tastings. Take a leisure walk down Park Ave and pop in.

    Breville Smart Scoop

I was shopping for a Breville Smart Scoop ice cream maker, called the store and was promptly told they had one in stock. They set it aside for me to come get. Upon purchasing and getting home we quickly realized we had a defective product making grinding and popping noises. Called the store the next day and manager Daniel promptly ensured they had a replacement on hand to replace my defective unit with. Really happy I purchased with William Sonoma and very pleased that I was taken care of as some places will make you work with the manufacture taking weeks to fix your brand new product. Not the case here. Great work winter park team! Thanks! Corey.

On June 13, 2025, we signed a contract with them. Work began July 21, 2025. They finished on May 26, 2026. The contract stated that it would take 4 months, possibly 5, to complete the project. It took them 10 months to complete. There was a total of at least 15 weeks (a week being 5 consecutive working days, i.e., Wednesday through Tuesday) where NOTHING was done at the house. Prior to beginning demolition, they required a total of 60% of the contract to be paid. At the end of demolition and rough-in, which took 4 weeks, they required a total of 84% to be paid. Then they wanted payment for the project to be substantially complete and usable prior to the installation of the glass shower walls or the master being usable. That would have been 95% of the contract. The supervising contractor stated that he would not have the shower glass installed until they were paid. I sent his boss a copy of the Florida legal requirements for being substantially complete and usable, and I also hired an attorney. When it came time for the final walkthrough and final payment, they didn't want to provide us with the Affidavit of Contractor's Final Payment, which shows if there are any subcontractors who have released their lien and those that haven't been paid and how much they are owed prior to receiving the final payment, even though we had the right to have it according to our attorney. Then, when we received the document, it was a "waiver and release of lien upon progress payment."

Well after the project started and the things promised were not, it went downhill. They measured incorrectly and the countertops did not fit. They had to cut out the finished drywall in order to fit without redoing the countertops. Now the new appliances do not fit properly. they stick out past the cabinets. The appliance installers (subcontractor) told me this was their first job, and it showed. They had to return to try to make things right. The appliances still do not fit properly. Their subcontractor plumber installed the new kitchen sink, and I had to call S&W to let them know there was water now leaking on our new cabinets. The subcontractor tile installer had to return several times to complete and fix tile issues. I had to call our own plumber because sewage and wastewater was backing up in our new shower and the toilet was overflowing. Our plumber spent several hours removing grout from the new plumbing, because he said the pipe was blocked by grout from the tile installer who installed our new shower tile. When I sent the plumber's invoice to S&W Kitchens, they refused to take any responsibility and said they were not accountable. The new shower glass wobbles and their solution is for us to pay more to try to make it work or remove the glass and pay again for new glass doors. There are a number of other things that were not done properly. I have spent a lot of my time trying to get these things corrected. Their communications is poor at best, unless they were reaching out for a check, then they call or stop by with their hand out. Their lack of accountability, supervision of their subcontractors, and overall quality of workmanship is why we would not recommend S&W Kitchens to anyone.

Junior came out and met with us and somehow managed to translate my insane ramblings about shadowboxes and faux islands into exactly what I was wanting. He was able to make some recommendations for things I would have never even thought of (moving our stove down a few inches for extra drawers and building our fridge into the cabinets so we have more over fridge storage) and had our drawings to us immediately. He was up front about the pricing and we were able to pick and choose from options that met our needs but kept us within budget. The only real snag we hit was when my husband decided to go out on his own for places to buy granite from, but once we shopped from the list that Junior had given us things went a lot smoother. I was impressed with how organized everything was throughout the entire planning process. Junior gave us a timeline on when our work could begin and things went according to plan. The crew was friendly and worked really hard, they kept things as neat as you can expect from a kitchen remodel. Given everything I hear from other folks that have done kitchen remodels, I was braced for a lot of pain and delays, so I am pleased to report that things actually went faster than expected once I understood that the granite takes about a week to have cut after the cabinets are installed. I am so happy with my new kitchen, it is literally my dream come true. I cannot rave enough about Junior and the team from I4. =)

I am sorry but if a estimator/designer in FL does not know what terrazzo is, I have issues since this is the most common flooring that was used in the older homes.

The young lady that was there the first two days was so kind, and remembered us and things we purchased. Today I met the owner/product creator. We chatted about how he makes everything in house! Such a kind man who takes pride in his business. Everything we have purchased so far- hand soap, dish soap, face wash, laundry detergent, lotions, bar body soap - has been incredible. The quality is unmatched. I can pronounce every natural, non toxic ingredient. I love the zero waste, refilling aspect of this store too. I purchased glass and wheat (plastic alternative) bottles from them and the refill process is so easy. I'll be back! Again and again and again!

There's parking out front and the two times I've gone I've found a spot right away. Lufka describes their shop as an online and IRL store for "sustainable, zero-waste essentials. From eco-friendly cleaning supplies to handmade body and hair care, we offer high-quality, lovingly crafted products that are good for you and the planet." I went in with a glass bottle to fill with laundry detergent (they have bottles, or you can bring any receptacle you have on-hand for them to weigh the product). We also grabbed some hair conditioner and a metal tongue scraper. All in all, it was a simple process and I feel so much better refilling this bottle rather than filling landfills with more detergent bottles (70% don't get recycled, even if you try).
