Before and after. Matched the new tile to the existing. No more standing water.

Recently bought a new home and going through a bunch of little repairs at the moment. The previous homeowners did subpar renovations on some things and one of more obvious one was the shower. The shower floor was sloped incorrectly and water would pool in the lower right corner. I called around several places and they were asking for 3 to 4 thousand dollars because they stated the shower pan was broken and needed to be replaced, yet they didn't want to bother with stopping over for an estimate or even looking at pictures of the problem. I contact Williams Tile and they informed me they could remove the old tile and slope it correctly for a great price. I was so impressed they I had them put in a garbage disposal with an air switch. They were quick, competitively priced and efficient. I'll use they again when I perform a bathroom remodel next year.

After a very bad experience with another contractor, I found William's Tile and General Construction. It took a couple weeks to commit, but I finally decided to call for help. Wil came out and said that he could tear up the unevenly laid and discolored tile by the previous contractor. Fredo did the work and managed not to damage the new tile wainscoting and tub during the demolition process. He re-installed new tile and it looked terrific. In addition, we found out from Wil that the tile should have been sealed first. Since it was not, the limestone retained discoloration from the grout which made it look dirty in places. What a nightmare! From there, Wil and Fredo performed other work for us in our 100+ year old Craftsman home. Some of which entailed more demo and rebuild due to mistakes from the prior contractor. Among the many projects, new floor joists and sub-flooring were installed so that our kitchen and bedroom flooring were level. They also fixed the prior contractor's attempt of leveling the floor in the laundry. New kitchen and laundry room tile were also installed. Additional projects included tearing down the un-level kitchen ceiling, fixing the beams and installing new drywall and skim coat. Wil and Fredo always treated us and our home with great respect. Everything was cleaned up every night. Wil also provided us with great value in pricing some items at cost or allowing us to use his vendors and discounts. Bottom line, they did a wonderful job for us. It is just too bad that we did not know them first! Thank-you to William's Tile and General Construction!!!

I can't speak to the selection or if there's a showroom as I already knew the brand & color of the prefab quartz slab I wanted for my 6' x 20"d dry bar. I needed a notch cut out on the front corner for curtains to tuck into and a hole for a countertop outlet extension. Oscar provided a quote right away, I didn't have to wait days or follow up. Luckily my job wasn't too small for him! He came out right away to measure the space and installed 2 days later. The curtain cubby has a nice, finished edge and he did a great job rounding the exposed corner. Veining on the backsplash continues from the counter, which I wasn't expecting. Oscar understood my vision and the finished job came out beautiful!

Patagonia is a very challenging stone -- tons of patterns to match and not the easiest material to cut -- but Omar and his team absolutely nailed it. From start to finish, the quality of their work was outstanding. The seams and pattern alignment are incredible, and they really made the most out of our bookmatched slabs. Their pricing was very fair -- kind of middle of the road -- but the quality was top-tier, which made them an easy choice for us, especially after seeing their strong reviews. Omar also went above and beyond by using leftover material to create a beautiful kidney-shaped table and an additional top for a cabinet in our home. Those finishing touches really show the pride they take in their craft. We're thrilled with how everything turned out and would highly recommend Premier Marble & Stone for anyone looking for skilled, detail-driven fabrication. Thanks again to Omar and his team!

Edit to add: After seeing my review, Alex reached out and apologized, and assured me that he and…read morehis team will fix the sinking board. I am glad this ended on a good note, since other than the communication issue, the floors look amazing, and his team worked hard and quickly. His team did leave floor finish stains on the baseboards and my kitchen quartz counter walls, so heads up, don't forget to ask them to use painters tape if you're getting your hardwood floors sanded and refinished. (Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials. Instead, since he has been fully paid, he won't even see the project to the end to make sure he delivers on quality work. I understand that things come up and he could be busy but the non-responsiveness for two weeks is clear.

Installation kicked off right on schedule. Alex's crews showed up early each morning with smiles, set clear expectations for the day, and--my favorite part--left the site spotless every evening. No sawdust trails, no empty coffee cups, just tidy floors ready for the next day's work. The installers were polite and happy to answer my many questions about care and maintenance. A special shout-out to the team member who tackled the staircase: the precision on each tread and riser is next-level. Friends keep asking if the stairs were custom-built! The new baseboards tie everything together with crisp, clean lines that make the room feel finished and elevated. Bottom line: if you're hunting for competitive pricing without sacrificing craftsmanship or communication, call Aesthetic Flooring. I'm beyond thrilled with the transformation and can't stop staring at my beautiful new floors. I've added a few photos of the project in progress so you can see the crew's attention to detail for yourself. Highly, highly recommend!
