I provided pictures of the vehicle when it was dropped off in their parking lot as well as pictures the tow company took in their parking lot when picked up showing the damage. I have spoke to cu support several times regarding this matter. Yesterday I was told this had been approved and they would be paying for the damage. Today I called to follow up on this payment and was told the director was still investigating but unable to provide me with a phone number or email for the director, Lee, who is investigating. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU DONT WANT DAMAGE DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY FROM MAVIS TIRE!!
