I gave them a piece of vinyl material to color match the panel. I was insured by them that they would be able to it. When I picked up my panels and got them home and matched them to my interior the color was off and I inform them of the problem. Mark let me pick up the panel and his office called me (voice mail) with the cost. I went by the shop to see how we can work this out on pricing since the color was not correct. They want me to bring them back and I didn't want to keep bring them back. They order some special paint because the parts are plastic, what they order was wrong. When I was in the shop, the office manager had a nasty attitude thinking I was trying to get out paying. I was willing to pay something but didn't think I should pay the full amount because the color was off and I had to take them somewhere else to get them done correctly. I shouldn't have to pay for your mistakes. I admit I owe something but not the full amount for something I can't use. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.. If you tell a me you can do something, I expect it to be done right the first time if not I loose confidence in your ability to complete the job.

The owner cursed...referring to me as an EPITHET while I was trying to get him to listen to my concerns!! He threatened to charge me for daily storage of my vehicle if I did not pay the exorbitant bill!!! I was INTIMIDATED and COERCED into paying TWICE the amount of what I was quoted while they held my vehicle hostage! I wonder how many other people are being unknowingly charged for work that's NOT ACTUALLY BEING DONE! I was reassured by a number of professions that the job was VERY simple and would only take minutes - NOT 3 HOURS!!! I also watched SEVERAL videos demonstrating the process which INFURIATED me after seeing how simple the process was!
