By far the coolest pub in El Dorado!! There are so many items on the menu that you'll never leave here without finding something that'll give you a fix. I ate the wings for an appetizer and they were amazing. The burger I ate was HUGE and messy, just the way I like it... I ate the spicy burger and added an over easy egg. To be honest, it was one of the best burgers I have eaten. Anything with an egg and jalapenos on it is amazing! I can't wait to make my way back out to El Dorado to try everything else on the menu. The restaurant/pub is stacked with TVs and is the perfect place to watch sports events. The atmosphere is incredible. Hope to make it back soon. Well done, guys! read more

Willie's has a great menu full of American choices with plenty of flavor! I've had a few of their burgers as well as the fried pickles several times. Each, with no disappointment! The atmosphere definitely fulfills the sports bar feel, but with a lot of good company. read more

Good experience. Not great or wonderful, but good. Food was good. When we travel we like to try local dives. Service was good. Atmosphere was good. There were 4 of us eating. One person ordered the shrimp po boy with a side of coleslaw. Coleslaw was pretty sweet. There were two French dips ordered. One was ordered with onion rings which were pretty good. The other with a side of potato salad which was just mediocre. French dips themselves were pretty tasty. Little skimpy on meat. I would give it 4 stars but the waitress noticed the skimpy meat and removed it from my ticket without me saying a word. 4th meal was Willys wings. The original tangy. Spicy but not too bad. Next time he'd order the habanero. The wings were very meaty. Lots of meat. The spicy fried green beans were really good. Not too spicy. Just a little heat. We watched part of a game and had some good pub food in this friendly environment, and our server was sweet to us. Everyone seems to know the bartender. There are photos of the local college athletes all over the bathroom walls- nice. It seems like Butler CC's night spot, and a sports bar by day. Small town, USA setting. Food is rich and delicious and fried and fatty. I got the 5 alarm burger and oh man that beef was all corn fed and dripping which is kinda what I wanted. The steamed vegetables side dish was no Bueno but what was I thinking ordering that? We were there on a game night and the vibe was great! Server was really nice and service seemed well, not really slow. The burger with the fried egg was really good cooked perfectly. The crinkle fries were just fries. The southwest chicken wrap was okay. Had zero spice and the chicken tasted like rosemary and definitely not southwest flavoring. The jalapeno ranch was not very good, it was ranch with jalapeno juice poured in it but the regular ranch was really good. I would suggest a burger. read more

Great value for the money. French dip used hogue bun and the meat had no fatty spots, tender and moist. Worth the stop. They also carry Walnut Brewing Company beers. Open seating close to Coutts Museum and shops. read more

My wife and I just moved to El Dorado. We have been wanting To try willies. We noticed that today was Willys giveback day to charity so decided what better time than now. Umm...I always want to love this place but can't. Service is so so so terrible. Um, the drinks start wrong.... then the poor bus kid comes along and takes plates before you're done. then waitress waits an hour to long to long to make up mind to come to table. Oh, Willie's is the first restaurant I ate at for lunch when I came to El Dorado, and I eat there once a week. It is a great place. They are friendly and the service is great. It's a sports bar so you don't get to be disappointed. The food is fine as long as you're not expecting Grandmas home made with love meal. The beer is cold and the tvs are everywhere. read more

We stopped at Willies last night after a wrestling tournament. We got our tea and water and that was it!!!! Our waitress never got back to us but boy when the locals came in they were all over them! After reading the reviews we thought this was going to be a fun place to eat. Guess we'll never find out because we won't be returning!!!! read more

Everything I have ever eaten here has been good. I have had their filet, strip and 6 oz. sirloin and all were tender, very flavorful and cooked to perfection. They also have great sandwiches and burgers and one of the few places you can get really good mountain oysters. It is not a quiet place by any means. Plenty of TVs to catch your favorite game. read more
