Allen Canter came out & diagnosed the problem - out of balance blower fan (not motor). The replacement part came in next day, Allen returned to install the blower fan. The problem was resolved. An appointment was made for the same week. The day of the appointment after changing my doctors appointment to accommodate the cleaning appointment I got a call about 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment that they had problems with the truck, so the appointment would need to be changed to the next day. I agreed. The day of the appointment no one came nor called, so I called the customer service number listed on the website and I was told that they would transfer me a message, then the call dropped.
