I purchased five items and had to return with a truck to pick up one of then. Upon preparing my item for loading, we noticed a few issues in the top finish. I ask if they could order me a new one instead of accepting the one on the showroom floor. She said she would check on it or that she could offer me 20% off. I ask her to check on the new one and let me know. No one called me back, so I called them back a few days later and they told me they cannot order a new one. So I went today take a closer look. Two different clerks were working and told me they would only take 10% not the 20% the other clerk offered to me. So I ask for a refund. One of the clerks issued my refund and did say, "I'm, sorry" and she wished me luck in finding something else. The other clerk stood at the counter and said clearly under her breath, "there is nothing to be sorry about." Well.... I sorry for your loss and any future sales to me, I liked your merchandise. But refuse to be treated rudely. It's such a nice store to have such an unpleasant clerk and so unprofessional of her.

I know this is an outlet, but the selection was not priced where I would have expected an outlet to be, especially for the concessions I'm making. There is no real delivery service. You have to arrange with a third party. Also, the financing is different from the main store. They came in the form of creams, sprays, liquids and diffusers. I tested one and will be returning to purchase some because as I sit here, I am enjoying this wonderful light scent that is not overwhelming and does not cause my eyes to water. Today I picked up Wind and Willow Chili and cheese hot dip mix. I hope the product tastes as good as the picture looks. They had several varieties but I chose this one because it was lower in sodium and will pair well with my blue tortilla chips. This is a great mature gift shop where you can find items of dignity to give your friends. No more tacky tees and cheap garbage as you will find truly thoughtful options available.

I bought a 700.00+ light fixture for a second home but found it to be too big for the room for which I had intended it. They wouldn't accept return or exchange it for something else, which I considered "excessive." That same fixture was still hanging on the floor so it wasn't as if I had waited a half year to return. I had a budget in mind and they had many for my taste. We agreed on leather. There were so many options. The salesman Marcus was super sweet. I took lots of pics of the ones I like. He was very helpful. My main concern was delivery and they were able to do it for a good price range. Although I did not purchase anything YET...I have to give them a shoutout for the friendly customer service, huge variety, and being open on New Years Day!
