And to be told there is no way to get Alexis because you 'aren't busy enough' and 'it's not up to her to be able to come in' is a HORRIBLE business model. Do Better. She started the appointment by asking about my skin concerns, allergies, and any products I'm currently using, which made me feel really comfortable and cared for. The express facial with dermaplane that I booked via Classpass was about 30 minutes - quick, efficient, and perfect if you're short on time. I walked out with such a fresh, glowing face! Perla even gave me a sample of one of the products she used since my skin responded really well to it, which I appreciated. They carry full-size versions of their skincare products, so it's easy to pick something up at the front desk if you like what was used during your treatment. P.S.: try the ANFISA ceramide packed lipgloss (that they just got in) and thank me and Perla later! The location is further north in town with easy parking, which is always a plus.
