The staff has been awesome! I still have zero complaints. I want to give thanks to the new administrator, Toni Jones for making some positive changes. One of the changes made was the parking situation. I work around the corner, and I see my mom every day on my break. In the past I would drive around trying to find a place to park and it would take up some of the time that I could be spending with my mom. Not anymore! The change that was made is the staff park elsewhere. Now visitors can find parking. Parking is no longer an issue. On 5/24, Toni had arranged a "pink and purple candlelight dinner" for the residents and their family members. It was amazing! The food was so good I had thought it was catered in. The dinner was made from their main kitchen. A lot of smiles that evening. What a thoughtful/meaningful event for the residence and their family. Attached are some pictures.

Right when it seemed impossible, a few in home support nurses recommended Gramercy Court, saying it is the home to their happiest & best cared for patients. By the grace of god, as soon as I inquired, a room became available for my mother. In disbelief we moved her into a lovely, private room with her own bathroom. She instantly made new friends with both residents & staff. She'd text me all day about the excellent food & would video call me every night smiling, in tears over how much she felt cared for. Admin Toni Jones is warm, present, supportive and professional at every turn, and has truly created a home like environment at Gramercy Court with the highest standard of care. A big thank you to her staff, especially head nurse Joanne, who love & advocate for residents like they are family. Gramercy Court has been a safe haven for my mother & one of the biggest blessings of our lives! My family and I highly recommend.

Before choosing Mercy McMahon in January 2024, I lived in another East Sac senior residence. The…read moreother place was much newer and architecturally more beautiful (tall ceilings with crown molding.) It offered a more energetic exercise program for residents, and laundry service that included folding my undies once a week. But in other respects, its offerings (for me) fell far behind MMT's. One thing for certain: at the other place, the space I could afford was a (cozy) studio with the tiniest of kitchenettes. At MMT, for not much more, I am living in a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony, a full-size refrigerator, and enough space for my toaster oven. (Huge quality-of-life issue for me, being able to bake my own breakfast pastries!) The MMT dining room staff is attentive, helpful, prompt. Menu offerings are healthy and varied, and residents can readily personalize their choices. MMT supplies sheets and towels, and launders them as part of weekly housekeeping. On a more serious note, MMT's energetic staffers-- medical, housekeeping, and caretaking are always visible in the hallways-- and ready to help any time a resident speaks with them. Staff response time to emergency call button is quick in comparison to my former home, and MMT makes consistent efforts to improve. MMT management is caring and large-hearted. When a resident (like me) has any question or concern, they genuinely respond. (Thank you so much, Mary and Latrice.) In this atmosphere, my fellow residents are mostly a cheerful crows. So really, I don't miss the crown molding at all.

This is my fifth night at Sherwood Healthcare center. I am receiving very good care and have…read moredeveloped a rapport with many of the RNs, LVNs, CNAs .Sometimes, for me, I'm very pleased with the type of care I receive. Sherwood is a very well established older facility. The rooms are spacious enough, it is clean, and of course the staff work very hard to keep things running smoothly. I am in room 25AB with a roommate. We seem to have the cooler and quieter area of facility.. sometimes I can hear the purr of the trains on the tracks that are nearby. Carol has been with Sherwood for over 30 years. She is amazing at her job, try hard to accommodate patient's needs. The Sien is in this facility are very good about providing fresh ice water in the pitchers for us. I feel it every time you ring the call button for something they try their best to accommodate our needs as soon as possible. They're very quick. The fear of Sherwood is a very professional and will run facility. The doctors and all the staff are very helpful. Nurse address issues and progress, expediently and strive to keep the patients any good rehabilitation environment. The PT department is very much involved in making sure that we have what we need in order to rehabilitate properly. My feelings are very positive about this facility.

There was 1 bathroom for 4 people (shared by 2 rooms). To top it off it is run by Incompetent, rude people. My dad was transferred there on a Thursday for rehab for knee replacement and he wasn't going to be seen until Monday. That's 4 days! they said he had to meet the social worker, doctor, and speech therapist to get started. I told them My dad is healthy all he needs is physical therapy. We decided to take him home and they refused to let us use a wheelchair to get him to our car. Absolutely horrible.

Their concern was not only for my mother-in-law, but her family. The property is beautiful with four individual cottages that provide a home like atmosphere. Plenty of outdoor space secure for people to walk around in. The activities very well coordinated and a great variety! Revere Court exemplifies a true commitment to the care of these fragile people and provides a warm, loving, safe, supportive and cery positive environment. The staff are outstanding and the longevity of their employees speaks volumes. It started off okay, about 2.5 to 3.0 stars and from there it went down hill FAST! I'm a type 1 diabetic and I would have to go without eating anything sometimes because all they would serve me was foods drowning in carbs and sugars. I begged and pleaded for a while then after that I had to start yelling and screaming and be the squeaky wheel to get anything done. Their social workers suck. If you don't keep on them they'll blow you off. As a matter of fact, Social Security told me that they did my forms wrong and I have to start all over again. So now I have to wait 200+days for my SSDI. What I was admitted for which was an infection in my leg was never taken care of and I was discharged in the same condition that I started. Most of the CNAs and Nurses are terrible. They barely speak English and they don't understand you most of the time. One time they pricked my pinky to test my blood sugar and it bled so bad it ran all the way down to my elbow. When I asked the nurse for a band aid she told me that she didn't have one! When I asked how in the HELL does a nurse in a Skilled Nursing Facility doesn't have a band aid she told me that they were locked up and only the MOD had the key and she was not going to be in until 8am. This happened at 6am. When I asked how come there isn't a first aid kit available she shrugged her shoulders and gave me a look of cluelessness. Totally deer in the headlights. They have an Asian resident that goes up and down the hall screaming and does nothing about it so don't plan on any peace and quiet. My roommate fell out of his bed once and was screaming bloody murder begging for help and I had to crawl out of my bed into my wheelchair and go scream at the nursing station to get him help. Their physicians suck. Lazy and dumb. I had to go to the emergency room twice in three months because they are that bad. It's pretty bad when you ride in the ambulance and the EMTs apologize for the shitty help your getting. The Emergency room says they're known as Shitty Creek Post Acute not City Creek Post Acute. I haven't even begun to scratch the surface of the nightmares I have had to endure. Now that I have been discharged 8 days early, they won't take my calls and I need them to transfer my prescriptions to my pharmacy and they said that they would pay the pro rated amount which I'm positive that is why they are dodging my calls. I'm out of certain medicine now and have no way of taking my insulin. I'm going to call my regular physician and see if he can get my prescriptions refilled for me and sent to my pharmacy. So much for getting the appropriate and professional help. The place needs a full audit and CHHSA needs to be notified and also the Ombudsman. This is no laughing matter. Zero out of 5 stars.

At Advanced Health Care I was subjected to entirely arbitrary fluid restrictions by their doctor…read more When I tried to appeal to their doctor I was not listened to. I am fed up with doctors that think they can boss their patients around! When he works for Advanced he doesn't represent Sutter. He just happens to work for Sutter and Advanced. The real truth emerges. As a result of the fluid restrictions and simply awful food I lost a significant amount of weight. At Sutter Roseville Medical Center, the 2nd rehab facility I resided in and the assisted living facility I currently live at I was never subjected to fluid restrictions! On 7/10/26 I received an completely unwanted phone call from the administrator of this dump of a facility! That's the reason for the 1-star rating. Case closed forever.
