There apparently was a breakdown in communication somewhere. The project manager (assuming that's his title) came out, took a look, and acknowledged there was a problem. They scheduled me for a complete re do. The project manager was professional, informative, and thoroughly addressed my questions and concerns. The painter they sent out did a much better job than the last one did. They did a good job , used the correct materials this time, and I'm happy with the result.
