Had inquired about getting a used tires removed from a rim and placed on to another then installed on my car. The lovely gentleman that helped me I believe his name was Aaron told me very sweet but plainly that it would be better for me to get a used tire installed. He said the one I had was good but the total price to do it would be around the same price as just getting better used tire. I was happy that he cared enough to tell me that he said I could to the change if I wanted but showed me the tire he could replace it w and for a 5 dollar difference I agreed that he was right. After the very fast maybe 10 minute interaction I was on my way w a new/used tire and was given some information so I could get a different rim fixed if I pleased. 10/10 will be coming back for any of my tires needs and it's super close! read more

I went in just two days ago and spent over $400 on four new tires. Almost immediately, my rear tires started making a thumping noise -- a sound my car has never made before. I returned to the shop hoping they could simply balance the tires and fix the issue. Instead, I was met with excuses. They kept insisting it must've been a "pre-existing" issue that's only now noticeable with the new tires. Convenient. During the inspection, they broke off one of my lug nuts -- and didn't take any responsibility for it. No apology, no offer to make it right, no discount, nothing. Clearly, it was over-tightened during the initial install. After rebalancing the tires, the noise magically disappeared -- proving the issue was with the install all along. Not a great experience. This morning, with super strong, chilly winds, my daughter ran over debris and got 2 rear flat tires. I looked for the nearest tire shop and found Willy's. I called, they had the right size and we were able to limp there. I don't know who it was I dealt with, maybe Willy? IDK, but he was wearing a Rams hat and super nice. He replaced the 2 bad tires, rotated the fronts to the rear and installed 2 new tires in front. In and out all in 20 mins... and he didn't rip us off even though we were powerless. I've been coming to him all my life and so my family and friends. I know he might not be a bad person but the people he's got work in there are rude and will overcharge for anything and everything they can. For my 83-year-old dad wants to charge him for putting air in the tires after giving him his business for 20 years, even we have about 10 different trucks and cars that we bring him .Highly recommend going to any other tire shop. Look around before buying any tires cause they got the highest prices around town. Again, don't recommend this place, go to a shop that actually treats they're loyal customers with kindness and respect. I have taken my car and my wife's car to this location. Both times have been excellent. The first time I needed to replace 2 front tires as they were getting rather worn. I asked for 2 used tires and to have them look at my back tires to see if they also needed to be replaced. They presented the options of new vs used and even let me look at the conditions of both to compare. When I continued to request the used option, there was no hard sell. After inspecting my back tires, they said everything looked good, so I didn't need to change those out. In and out in under 15 minutes. Never feeling hassled into purchasing anything extra. My experience was so good at this location I brought in my wife's car when a screw became imbedded in the front right wheel. There were several places along the way that I could have taken her car for a repair. I decided to return to Willy's tires because of the speediness of service and the apparent honesty of the workers. Just like before I was quickly greeted when I pulled up. My car was immediately jacked up, tire was repaired and placed back on my vehicle. The worker mentioned that I might want to look into getting some new tires down the line due to the inner parts of the tires looking like they were getting bald. Based on how much I drive would determine how quickly I should replace them but likely soon. From my previous experience, most other shops would have taken the opportunity to sell some new or used tires and make me feel bad for not doing it sooner. At Willy's tires, there was no pressure to replace anything, just a recommendation. Just like the 1st time I took my car in, everything was done in less than 15 minutes. Danger About a week ago. My son purchased a tire from this store. He was Told by employee that his wheel was bent the employee still installed the tire. It could have been the owner of the shop who ever installed this tire. Put my son's life at risk within a day of leaving that store and having the tire installed the tire blew , my son. Went to American tires in riverside. They told him that tires should have never been installed on the bad wheel . That was extremely endangerous and life-threatening this store put my son's life and jeopardy for 45 dollars he returned there. And requested a refund, he was threatened. The employees are very, very rude. Do not go to the Store. The store should not have a business license. I will be contacting the city. I will be reporting you on here and I will take every Avenue. I can to make sure that you don't stay in business. Owning a business comes with responsibilities.Your employees should be properly trained.The tires should have never been installed on a bad wheel .Your store is liable for any and all damages!!!!!!! read more
