I came here on a Sunday because they advertised that they are open on sundays at 8AM. Me and another customer was waiting for about 25-30mins after 8AM because the door was still locked. There was no staff around, so I contacted the customer service stating that we have been waiting for the store to open and the lady I spoke to was confused because she said that the store should have been open at 8AM , so she put me on hold and she contacted the store manager and she couldn't even get a hold of the store manager. It's so unprofessional I get it nobody wants to work the weekend, I came early hoping that someone can help me because I also have to go to work. But when the store manager is not even picking up when their own customer service person is trying to contact them, it's so unprofessional and not okay. Don't put an advertisement that your open on Sundays and the staff is not even on time. The other customer even said they have an 8AM appt and it was already 8:30AM and the store manager was no where to be found!!!!! I went to a different Mountain View tire at different place and I was able to get help right away. I believe that people shouldn't be in a position of a store manager if you can't even set up a good example, and take care of your own store location. Just needed to get my tire repaired. I got there at 7:45 am...they open at 7:30 and only had one person waiting in the lobby. I told the woman behind the counter what I needed and showed her the picture of my tire with the screw in it, clearly in the tread and NOT the sidewall. Her entire demeanor was less than helpful and it was obvious she was setting me up for a tire purchase because it may or may not this or that, blah blah. When I asked for the tech to just look at and see, she then claimed there had been four other people in before me, in the fifteen minutes they had been open, so I would be number five. When I walked in, there were zero cars in the service bays and only one person sitting inside. This claim was ridiculous because as slow as they are, they may get one person checked in in 15 minutes, if it's a good day. She was just irritated that I was skeptical of her shenanigans and wouldn't blindly hand over hundreds of dollars for a new 4x4 truck tire. So I left, and went down the street and had it fixed without any bull sh!t in under an hour. No hassles, no up charges, no shenanigans. That was the last time we'll ever go to Mountain View Tire in Eastvale and all my neighbors will know how that lady uses up charge deceptive tactics to swindle customers out of hard earned money. For the past few years my dad brought the car he shared with my mom here. He passed away but when the car needed brakes my mom and I decided to bring it back. What a mistake, after my experience on 9/24/25 and 9/25/25 I will never be back. Brought the car in for 9am appointment for front/rear brake pads and a tire pressure sensor warning. The kid at the front desk was obvs new or incompetent because not only did he get my ph# wrong twice, he put on the estimate that I "refused" the sensor warning. Bruh that's what I brought it in for. No one called me all day and the place closes at 6 (9hours for front/rear brake pads!) so I showed up at 6pm as the place is closing and I was told the tech had done the brakes but they squeaked so he decided to do them again. Elderly mom and I waited for nearly 30min after closing to get the car back and the TPMS sensor was never done, "bring it back tomorrow". When we got the car back on 9/24: -Black greasy smudges all over hood, driver seat, steering wheel, inner/outer door, center console, and sun visor -Also black greasy smudges in and around the PASSENGER seat and REAR seat on passenger side. There were 3 people joyriding in my mom's car -Mileage had gone from high 105k to 106,117 - they drove it well over 100 miles which I did not give anyone permission to do Against my better judgement I brought it back on 9/25 for the TPMS sensor. I had asked on 9/24 which one was out (causing the sensor warning) and Ryan never gave me a straight answer. The following day now he tells me it's actually 2 sensors, one is out but the other is "about to go out" but don't worry, he ordered 5 from Toyota yesterday so the techs can do both (at double the estimated original cost, of course). I still ended up waiting for an hour and a half the following day to have those done. Avoid this place at all costs. Their techs and employees should be ashamed of themselves. All the reviews about this place overcharging seem right on point. I should file a police report about the condition the car was in when I got it back Edit: I added some photos of the greasy marks in anticipation of the "you're making this up" reply. I dropped off my car at 9 a.m. to get an oil change. The woman there told me it would take about two hours, so I waited nearby during that time. She said they would call me when it was done. After more than two hours had passed with no call, I phoned them, and they told me my car still hadn't even been worked on yet. I explained that I needed to pick up my child soon, so I asked them to please do it quickly. They said they would call me again, but still, no one contacted me. It was almost time to pick up my child, so I walked over to the shop. When I arrived, I found that the car still wasn't finished, and they said I would have to wait another 20 minutes. In the end, I had to walk to my child's school to pick them up and then walk back to the shop. The distance to my child's school was about a 40-minute walk at a brisk pace. I brought my car to Mountain View Tire Eastvale for what should have been a routine tire installation for 4 brand new tires. Instead, I left with serious issues that could've become dangerous if I hadn't caught them. After the install, I noticed a tapping noise and a missing bolt a couple months later, so I took it back in to Mountain View Eastvale, same manager who rung me up for initial purchase greeted me and after this visit he claimed my tires were 'checked' and 're-torqued' and the bolt was replaced. The very next day I still heard the tapping noise which prompted me to take my car to a second shop. There they found 2 shredded studs, a loose rim, and on a completely different tire a bolt of a different size meaning in an emergency (i.e. flat tire) I would not have been able to take the bolt off with a standard wrench. These issues were not present before Mountain View Tire touched my vehicle. And they should have been caught, mentioned, or taken care of during installation or when they 're-torqued' my tires. Pure negligence and disregard for safety. I immediately called the store and left my name & info for the manager as he was busy, later I sent an email directly to the store, attention to the manager, to report what happened and request resolution. I never received a single response, not from the store, not from the manager. Complete silence. No accountability, no follow-up, nothing. I'm left with no choice but to escalate this matter to corporate. Mistakes happen. But failing to take ownership or even return a customer's message when their vehicle's safety was compromised? That's a total lack of professionalism and care. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values safety or customer service. If something goes wrong, you're on your own. read more

My daughter tried to go back and take it, they said they couldn't do anything for her. My son said to take it to American Tires. On 2/20/25, I made an appointment for an oil change to occur on 2/22/25. My appointment time was at 9am. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:30am. At 3:30, I called to get a status update and was advised that the vehicle was not started yet. They said it would be ready in 1 hour. I arrived at 4:30 to find my vehicle parked in the exact spot where I dropped it off at 8:30, for my appointment. I went inside, waited an additional 10 minutes to be served and requested my keys. The service writer said they were just getting ready to start my vehicle. 8 hours later with an appointment they get ready to start their service? Customer service is terrible and I don't recommend taking your vehicle to this location. I have been a customer here since 2014, brought over 5 different vehicles for service, and have recommended numerous neighbors and family from Eastvale to get their vehicles serviced here. I honestly didn't know replacing an oil filter housing gasket could become a multi-day project, but I guess you learn something new every day. They did give me an estimated pick-up time over the phone, which was nice, but even after giving them an extra hour and then some, my car was still up on the lift. Funny enough, as soon as I walked in, they suddenly started wrapping things up which was great... except I then sat there for another 20 minutes and ended up late for work. This review spans my experience with the place for the past 5 months. Anyone else get the good 'ol, "the online appointment system doesn't work, so that time is double booked" or "did anyone call you? Oh, the online system is messed up and we're full for the day. Sorry!" Would be nice to know before I show up!! Or when they say "the warranty is 3 months" and you respond saying it was "6 months, that's what you told me last time" and a worker confirms it is 6 months. But then they say, it has to be "6,000 max miles" It seems like they pulled the hidden rule under their sleeve trick again. I left, and checked the paperwork. I can't argue because the policy on the paperwork says "4 months". Seems VERY odd to me that the warranty changes at their convenience! Upsell me at the time of purchase, and then pulls in the warranty period when I try to use it. All I'm asking for is to be HONEST! And to fix your online system once and for all. read more

Vincent was a fantastic manager and did a great job with my little Miata. I used to do my own oil change many years ago when I had a NA Miata and with the new ND car that requires more computer work and maintenance, I decided to find a professional. I've used multiple brand name companies for oil changes and many were basic at best - with the standard oil change and fluids top off (one place lost 2 bolts and another one didn't even screw in the oil filter properly so half the tank leaked on my driveway). Here at Mountain View Tires, they went above and beyond. I came in with a Groupon and they did a very thorough job checking the brakes, fluids, and did a tire rotation as well! While doing a basic maintenance inspection, they found some problems and explained everything very clearly. It totally slipped my mind I forgot to replace the front brakes where I only did my rear ones prior. They were able to replace my front brake pads and rotors within the same day! The price is very reasonable and they even threw in some coupons! There's also a warranty for 12k miles for the work. All in all, a very good job. I think I just found my new shop to keep my little Miata well maintained and running :) So thank you! read more

Their work is not responsible and serious, they don't even tighten the nuts on the AC high and low pipes after checking the car, causing me to lose a low-pressure pipe nut. I made an appointment to come in today to get my tire which had a nail in it patched. I was told it couldn't be patched because the nail punctured the side wall. No problem I payed for a new tire which was in stock. I waited 2 and a half hours until I finally received my keys back. I also watched people who came in an hr after me leave before me . Not sure if my car was just forgotten for an hour or what but given I had an appointment I think 2 1/2 hrs to change 1 single tire is outrageous. I will not be coming back. This damage cause the washer tank to leak needing replacement. After further investigation, Steph could see missing Linerclips From damaged bumper, The battery was suboptimal and the rear brakes needed replacing. So l went back to the dealership and presented my case. They sent the car out to a body shop and paint and replaced Battery and rear Breaks. Thanks to Steph The entire process went smooth and stress-free. Steph rechecked the car Once all repairs were made. Terrible experience with MountainView Tires, Eastvale. I had my car towed into MountainView after getting a flat tire on the freeway. I had a tire warranty through First Automotive and brought the warranty paperwork with me. I gave it to the service manager, he looked at it and said this is not our tire warranty, so we will not accept it. I told him that it was to cover the tire and that he needed to call the phone number on the front of the warranty page. He said that no i needed to submit the claim myself since the warranty was not purchased. I lost out on $600 because he did not make the call to the warranty company. This service manager was lazy, unprofessional and ignorant of other warranties. read more

Took my daughters vehicle to be diagnosed 17 ford fusion she drove vehicle in ran fine just a check engine light light said it needed water pump intake manifold and turbo cooler warranty company has them listed as a repair shop 439$ for the diagnostic repair was 4k which I wanted a second opinion so we pick the car up they didn't even put vehicle back together properly....cause I didn't want them to do the work so we took it to the ford dealer after the dealer did diagnostic ended up replacing the whole engine under warranty moral is they were gonna change me 4k for something that wouldn't have ever repaired car Stephen will over charge you for stuff that is not even wrong with car i don't recommend this shop at all read more

Arrived here due to a freeway emergency, something immediately punctured a wheel causing us to exit on Limonite. We thought we were fortunate enough to arrive to Mountain View tire 28min before closing. Plenty of time to just help us switch to our spare tire, maybe a quick patch or plug. We immediately were ignored by 5 technicians like if we were scum to this earth. My husband proceeded to head to the office to ask for help and we're greeted with "sorry we're closed.
