Bought a large order of breadsticks to eat at home with soup. Got the order home and found the breadsticks are plain, without seasoning of any kind. There wasn't even any marinara sauce or any other kind of dipping sauce included. The breadsticks tasted meh. We feel ripped off like we paid $7.95 for a loaf of plain white bread. We've had breadsticks from other local places that were really good, those were lightly seasoned and came with marinara dipping sauce. We hadn't tried Willy's breadsticks so we ordered from there. After reading reviews of this place I decided to try it. I called in my order for their supreme with thick crust. The woman said thin, I said No, Thick, she said thin, Again, I said Thick. I there, I notice the older guy white hair & beard checking on the pizzas in the oven was not wearing a mask. My pizza wasn't ready yet, so I took a seat. Later I noticed the same man walking toward me to go to the video lottery section. He then put his mask on before entering that area. As for the pizza itself, it wasn't anything special. Bringing them up a star. I think this is the best pizza place we have yet to try in Klamath Falls. We were just in Oregon for a three day weekend, and tried Rodeos the night before,due to all of the rave reviews on Yelp. That turned out to be a disaster of waiting 55 minutes for a two topping medium pizza, which was highly over rated.Ate one slice and left the rest for them to clean up there. Since that didn't satisfy my pizza craving, I figured we would try Willys once again. Everything was good. The staff was friendly, the pizza was really good.A hundred times better than the Rodeos that we had. Good pizza seems scarce in this town, but this place will do the trick. Stopped by Willy's tonight and picked up an 18" pizza for the family. The pizza was awesome, the crust was delicious and very fluffy. Pizza was pretty greasy, but delicious and had a great flavor. The one con to Willy's was the cost of the pizza. I feel like the price is a little high, it was $29.50 for an 18" pizza. I do understand the tough times and the rising cost of goods. My mom was visiting with 4 other guests. My 78 year old mother wanted her favorite, Hawaiian and Canadian Bacon. A Willys specialty pizza. She ordered a large. She also order mushrooms and zucchini as appetizers and a medium taco pizza. The total was a shocker. Little over $60.00. Which if it's good pizza then that's fine. All of my guests commented on the Hawaiian Pizza. The meat that is usually there in rounds was minced. I heard from people trying to eat, "this is horrible"! - "this tastes like dog food instead of Canadian Bacon" - " you should call and ask what this meat is?" - and "for the price this is absolutely gross." The taco pizza was good. The mushrooms and zucchini had quite a few that were the breading only. I in good conscious could never recommend, Willys Pizza in Klamath Falls. This is great for a weeknight when you dont feel like being in the kitchen. They have like 6 different sizes of pizza which is great because sometimes I want something between a large and a medium. They have more than just pizza, they do pasta and calzones and also have a salad bar. The menu is pretty big for a pizza place actually. The atmosphere was eh. I think they didnt turn on the lights while we were here because by the main counter it was pretty dark which made me feel kind of tired. They have gambling for the adults and games for the kids. I think the kid area was good, the kids were going nuts. They also have an eating contest (not available on friday) that seemes really fun. You can eat the super colossal with a team of 4 guys or 5 girls in an hour. I love places with a challenge. They have a ton of seating for big parties. I came in on a Friday night with a HUGE party. Luckily they reserved a space for us. The party ordered 2 of the super colossal pizzas, I have never in my life seen a pizza this size. It was nuts! I love that they do something a little different. They are happy to make the pizzas with different kinds split up. We came on a Friday night so they may have also been slammed besides our party of like 30 - 40 people it seemed like but they didnt cook the pizza enough and people were scraping the toppings off because the crust was dough towards the middle. I imagine cooking a pizza of that size is tough but there were some disappointed faces. We also ordered a large chicken, bacon ranch pizza that was great. Very mediocre pizza. Kind of like any other pizza place you'll find in Klamath. The only time I go is to do the Willys pizza challenge. Food was ok...ordered delivery and understandably they said 45 mins. So a little over an hour after I ordered I called to check on the order. The person who answered the phone (whom I believe was the owner Bucky) was extremely rude. We ordered from there thinking try something a little less mainstream and he was so rude. Had the food not been paid for already I would have canceled our order completely with the way he spoke to me on the phone. Super unprofessional and inappropriate behavior. Just got our first pizza tonight from Willy's because I read they got the 209 award for best pizza this week. NOT. Ordered a large combination which set me back 30 bucks. We don't mind paying that if it's a good pizza. Well this one was pretty bad. Very little flavor in the sauce. Crust was pretty bad, not flavor and no crunch. Over all bad experience. Even a cheap Costco pizza beats them all to heck. That will be my last visit there. Enjoy the 30 bucks and I predict the place won't last. There are too many much more acceptable pizza joints out there. read more

My family just order two pizzas for delivery. BBQ chicken, and pepperoni with green peppers. We also ordered a side of bread sticks. The BBQ chicken was seriously disappointing. Chicken was slimy, and unflavored. Ate one bite of it and spit it out. Crust was dry and entirely unappetizing. Could not taste a single bit of bbq flavor. 1/5 stars The pepperoni and green peppers however, was ita saving grace. The pepperoni tasted fresh and bursting with flavor and the green pepers complimented it well. 4/5 stars Bread sticks where dry and unflavored, just like the crust on the pizza. Mediocre at best. We stopped to try the lunch buffet. It started at 11:30 so we arrived right at the start hoping it would be the best chance at fresh pizza. Pizza buffets in general are notorious for having dry pizza left sitting while buffet patrons wait hoping a new one would arrive soon. Same story today. Despite our early arrival it appeared that all the buffet food had been set out too early. The lasagna was not very flavorful, the Mac n cheese was sticky dry, onion rings looked petrified so I didn't try those. The salad bar was weak with few topping choices but ironically was the best thing I had today. At least the letttuce was crisp. The soup looked odd and didn't seem to fit as a buffet choice but regardless I wouldn't have had any kind of soup with pizza and salad so I can't say much about it, good or bad. I wouldn't go back. Stopped in for their pizza buffet. Potatoes and onion rings looked and tasted like they were left over from the previous night. One (1) little pathetic pizza was left out for almost 20 minutes with one slice left on it. I counted 9 people waiting around for additional pizzas that never came. Came hungry and left hungry. Pizza was good here however the customer service was horrible! I was very disappointed at the way my family was treated when they got our order wrong and we asked them to please correct it. For the price we had to pay I would have expected the owner to be more gracious. Instead she picked the wrong ingredients off our food, came at us seething with anger, did not allow us a chance to respond and stomped off like a two year old mumbling rudely under her breath. We at that point just asked for a refund for that part of our order. Unfortunately, her rude and argumentative attitude continued (and I'm being very polite with my description here).
