I stopped in here with my partner and his sister during a road trip to Klamath Falls. We just drove 3 hours and wanted a nice chill place with good food and it looked promising from the reviews on Google. We found it easily and didn't have any issues parking or finding the entrance. We were greeted and seated immediately and had a reasonable amount of time with the menu. I ordered the bacon mac and cheese grilled cheese and my partner and his sister both got the bacon and bacon burger. We also got a pretzel and cheese for the table. The pretzel and cheese came out pretty quick and was great! It wasn't really a pretzel so much as a bread twist but it had great flavor and was soft and fluffy. The cheese had a wonderful flavor. It was a little gritty but it tasted great and there was enough left to dip our entrees in. My sandwich was good but I was hoping for more cheese. It was a little dry, I think the mac and cheese had been baked first. The burgers and fries were also good. We finished with some dessert - lemon cheesecake and a brownie with ice cream. They were both good! The brownie was rich and the ice cream balanced it well. Our bill came out to $88 before tip. We had leftovers and the food was all delicious so it was definitely worth it. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst service experiences we've had. After an eight-hour day on the road, we were looking forward to enjoying the last dinner of our family road trip together. Instead, we left extremely disappointed. We were a party of seven and were repeatedly forgotten throughout the evening. We were told several times that there was a party larger than ours that our server was attending to. Whether our server was overwhelmed by the larger party or the restaurant was simply understaffed and unprepared for a busy Saturday night, repeatedly using another table as an explanation for the lack of service only made the experience more frustrating. We were paying customers too and should not have been made to feel as though our table was less important. At one point, my husband had to get up and find someone just to ask for malt vinegar or tartar sauce for his beer-battered fish. The only employee he could find was the bartender. Instead of simply helping him or politely finding someone who could, she rudely responded, "You need to go ask your server." The entire reason he approached her was because we couldn't find our server. Her dismissive attitude was so unnecessary that my husband completely lost his appetite afterward. The poor service continued throughout the meal. We needed another set of utensils and napkins, but after waiting and being forgotten yet again, we eventually had to take them ourselves from an adjoining table. The drinks we ordered before receiving our food took approximately 30 minutes to arrive and only after we tracked down another server who happened to be "new" and wasn't even assigned to our table and asked about them. He was the most helpful this evening and deserves kudos for lighting a firework to get things moving. The food overall was mediocre, and the beer was unfortunately warm. I will give credit where it's due: the cocktails were good, and my teenage boys enjoyed the cheese curds we ordered as an appetizer. The best part of the evening was simply being together as a family. We understand that restaurants get busy and servers can become overwhelmed, especially on a Saturday night. However, there is a difference between being busy and repeatedly making customers feel forgotten or like an inconvenience because another table is larger. After an 8-hour road trip, we had hoped to enjoy an amazing final dinner of our vacation. Unfortunately, this was an incredibly disappointing way to end an otherwise wonderful family road trip. What a great dog friendly spot for us to find after eating in our truck or motel rooms the last week during our summer road trip! HUGE patio that is dog welcoming, super friendly staff (TY Esmeralda and Jazz for taking good care of us) and a nice menu with variety. Been here a couple times when we pass through town annually. The food, beer and service is good. Both time we were here an hour before closing on black Friday (this year and last year). This was the worst experience. It took 30 -45 minutes to even get water. After sitting there for almost 2 hours no food, no refills we asked for our food to go. Great place for entertaining friends. The food was very good. We were there in the afternoon so service was friendly, but could benefit from mor staff. I was visiting for a wedding, decided to tour the area the next day. While driving the downtown area on a Sunday, I saw someone pull into the parking lot. I parked as well and walked in and was immediately greeted by the bartender and waitress. They had just opened for the day. Very nice place with appropriate lighting and the music was at a pleasurable volume, for which I really appreciate. This place is huge and much bigger than I thought. I looked at the menu and immediately I wanted to order everything. Overall, I give the menu a 10 due to its uniqueness. I ordered the Shrimp Clam Chowder. It was so good I ordered a second bowl. You shouldn't be disappointed. I do wish it was much hotter, I thought it was just above warm. Still delicious. As you know, the weather here can be a bit depressing when wanting to go out on the town, but guess what? They have indoor corn hole upstairs. I thought that was pretty cool. Additionally, in the summer, they will have music on the patio. This establishment was opened in Sep 2024 and have another establishment in Medford. I dined here while on a day trip to the area. The staff promptly greeted and seated me, service was fast and efficient. I ordered the Steep Slope Hazy IPA, which was delicious, and the chicken tacos, per the waitress's recommendation. The beers were affirdable and the tacos were huge. I stayed a while because I was taking a late train out of town and staff happily accommodated me and let me know where there were outlets, if I needed to charge any devices. As some previous reviewers stated, there definitely were some bugs flying around (just a few) but on the ledge behind my seat was a graveyard of dead mosquitoes and dust. Really cute place with lots of areas to sit and enjoy the company you are with. Inside and outside either one has lots of offer for ambiance. Outside has cornhole and an area for kids or space to spread out! The service was ok as you have to use a QR code to order drinks or food. Once ordered on your phone they will bring out to your table. The food was just ok as the chicken tacos had dry thinly cut chicken with no flavor and the sauce was not that great. We are here while we up visiting family! The service was super quick and the staff was friendly and helpful! The ambiance was pretty nice! Big and open with indoor and outdoor seating! Super spacious! We ordered the wraps and they were tasty! Super rich with the sauces they include inside. Definitely some of the best sweet potato fries I've had!! We also tried the hummus plate. Staff were friendly. The menu selection was simple and fairly priced. This has a relaxed family feel. Klamath needs this. The drinks were very good. The bad: food was horrible. The chicken wrap was so soggy it fell apart and couldn't be eaten like a sandwich. The chicken was literally lunch meat. It was too salty, likely due to the lunch/sliced chicken. The fries were nasty. Under cooked. Not one of the fries was firm. Disgusting. The Ceaser salad chicken was weird. The chicken was overly dry and had a very strong buttery aftertaste. There was egg yoke in the salad. Never in my decades of life have I seen that. Of the three steaks, one was too cold. Garlic fries were too basic. The other two steaks were decent at best. Additionally, the online ordering system is not doing you any favors. (Or going up to the bar to order) I'm not tipping for someone to bring me food. I dine out it part, for the service. You will not guilt me into 20% just because. There was plenty of staff. Work the tables. Talk to customers. Upsell your food, drinks and/or other merchandise. This is a city thing. She told me about a chines restaurant about a 5-minute drive away, then said, or...the brewery... Uh, there'sabreweryhere?! Where? (Her, pointing to the back of the parking lot). No doubt this is THE best spot in town. Great space, music, staff, BEER, and food. They must have pulled all of the pretty women from town to work here. Ordering is easy peasy. Wonderful patio.
