Private showers with a toilet and sink. The one connected to the office is semi private. We tent camped and were on site T2. Very spacious and grass pads. So no matter the size of your tent it will fit nicely. Ours is in the photos. 13 ft in diameter. The pool, playground, jump pad etc were all in great shape and well maintained. The camp store had all the things you made want/need. Text the office and they'll deliver to your campsite even if you buy firewood. Lots of hardwood trees for shade. No raccoons or critters at night messing with your things. Quiet and peaceful environment and lots of squirrels and birds to see/watch. 40 minutes to downtown Cincinnati. Casino less than 10 miles away for those who like to gamble, premium outlet mall close by as well. Definitely will be back! The only thing I could suggest is swings for bigger kids & adults. I love to swing. lol

The bathrooms were right across the path from us, which was nice because we didn't have to walk far. They were the cleanest campground bathrooms I've ever seen. The grounds were manicured and really nice. I prefer many more trees around sites, but it was nice. We took our baby to the pool one day and were disappointed to find that the kiddie pool isn't heated, but after spending a frigid few minutes teeth-chattering in 2 ft of water with a baby, we moved to the regular pool and were thrilled to find it heated and a great temp. There are two ponds on the grounds that seem to be well kept. We had a nice time walking around for a pre-bedtime walk with the baby. Would happily stay here again!

Wilmington RV and Resort Thousand Trails near Wilmington, Ohio…read more As you drive in you are treated to tidy manicured lawns and lush thick forest skirting the the park. We were lucky enough to find a 50 amp fhu in full sun. I have no camplaint with the site with a view of a grassy field that lead to a deep forest and the pool was a short distance away. The park has a number of Beautiful large sites in shaded areas, which would have been my preference since we spend much of our time outside. Most of those sites were taken up by what appeared to be Annuals. There was another section that had a pond view but the sites were closer together and did not have sewer. There were two fishing ponds, one was pretty in a tree lined setting with a golf cart path around it. The ponds are both catch and release, and one allows kayaks. There is a forested hiking trail that runs along one side of the park which is a little overgrown so wear your long pants. The clubhouse and adult center appeared to be in good condition, did not check to see if they are yet because of covid. Pool and hot tub are in good condition and looked inviting on the hot summer days. I was disappointed to see the tennis courts surfaces in bad shape with weeds growing through cracks. We were hoping to play a little Pickleball while there. The laundry was usable with with 3 operative washers and 4 dryers. Our overall impression of the park is clean, well maintained and friendly. Not many sites close by, town looks like a farming town but does offer a number of large retail stores for shopping. We have stayed there twice passing through.

A man with integrity and honor would have given us 30 days. I paid my rent on time every month. I kept up my site. I was honest and paid whatever it was he said I owed him. I felt like we deserved a chance to find somewhere. I believe he could have paid the sewer charge for another month even if it was more. You can go ahead and keep my electric deposit because to be honest I just don't want to haggle over $250. I was honest. If it ever sells and reopens I would definitely live there again. Thanks for three years. I will miss it there

We were met by the owner, Walter, and what a nice guy. He was very professional and willing to do what it takes to make our set up and stay an enjoyable time. I felt pretty safe after seeing the Glock .40 caliber in his back pocket. I would give this place an 8.7. It would be higher but the sites are tight and close to each other. Be safe! I just read the review where the $30.00 wasn't returned and the problem the guy and his team had. We are glad it didn't happen to us. So far so good.

The biggest issue involved multiple off-leash dog incidents. While walking my leashed dogs one evening, we were aggressively approached by another dog that was not on a leash. I was able to pick up my smaller dog, but my larger dog had to defend herself. She has never been in a fight before and was simply protecting our pack. This was a dangerous situation that could have easily resulted in serious injury. I reported the incident to Animal Control because dogs roaming off-leash in required leash areas is unacceptable. What made the situation worse was how management handled it. The owner approached my husband and me aggressively, yelling at us to leave immediately and falsely accusing my dog of being the aggressor. She even violently shook our fence and demanded it be removed, despite other campers having fences in place. We were told to move by the next morning in December, despite being in a winterized site, which caused unnecessary stress and cost us a $40 lost deposit for a temporary site. After reviewing security footage, the owner later admitted we had done nothing wrong, but there was no apology or acknowledgment for the false accusations and threats. The park also has a major issue with inconsistent rule enforcement. After we were required to remove our fence, other campers were allowed to keep theirs in place for months. This creates an unfair environment and leaves guests unsure of what rules are actually enforced. Another ongoing issue was the frequent loud music. Music was often played loudly from nearby sites, making it difficult to relax, enjoy the evening, or have any peace at our camper. This happened often enough to become a major frustration during our stay. The condition of the property is also poor. The roads are entirely gravel and filled with potholes, especially near the entrance. When it rains or snow melts, these become large muddy puddles that make walking difficult and can be rough on vehicles. Because this is a small park, smoke from neighboring campers also becomes a problem. Marijuana smoke frequently drifted into our area, making it unpleasant to open windows or sit outside. There were continued safety issues as well, including another camper's unattended dog getting loose and approaching my dogs. The owner didn't even realize their dog had escaped, which only added to the ongoing stress. Cleanliness is another concern. Dog waste is often left around the property, creating unsanitary conditions and obvious health concerns. Overall, while the location may be convenient, the combination of aggressive management, unsafe off-leash dog incidents, loud music, poor maintenance, smoke exposure, and lack of cleanliness made this a very stressful and unpleasant stay. I would strongly encourage pet owners and families to consider these issues before booking.
