I had decided to move to Europe, and reluctantly decided to sell my diamond Rolex to help finance the trip. I looked into several possibilities of places which bought and sold Rolexes, until I alighted on Henry and his son at Cali. I left my watch with them and they bent over backwards to sell it and get me the best possible price, even polishing and cleaning it professionally so it would look brand new. It did take a while because I had a set lowest price in mind that I did not want to go below, but they did finally manage to get me this price. The buyer did not have the money all at once, so he had it on layaway, and when he/she made a payment, Henry let me know, and gave me that portion immediately. Every time I texted or called, he responded within minutes. I am so grateful to him and his son, and to this small family business for being such a help to me in my big relocation. I also wish I had been in the position to purchase something from them, because the jewelry and watches they have here are absolutely beautiful. Maybe one day! Horrible! I came here to fix my 14k chain I waited 2 weeks! He tried to charge me 60$ because it was "14k?" I never had anyone tell me it'll b more money cause of the karats. When I told him that he lowered it to 40$ , well my 40$ in the trash after he gave it to me you can clearly tell they did a shitty job. My chain broke the next day!WILL NEVERRR COME BACK HERE. THEN, he promised that he would find an original bracelet to make up for the difference (it came with an after-market band), but we never heard a peep since and it's been nearly a year. I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a Rolex for my husband for Hanukkah 14 months ago. It has stopped working 4 times now. I keep getting excuses and promises. I am going to have to take he owner to court as he is not a man of his word. DON'T buy or trade anything at Cali Jewelers. He always answered my calls and texts in a timely manner which I know many dealers don't always do. The main reason I'm giving CALI Jewelers a 4-star is because of the timing.
