Decent spot, not a bad place to pump some gas. In a very busy busy location off of Wilshire Blvd. I pumped my tank here using my card. I never have too many problems here. Good service, some pumps were not working which is a problem. But was not enough to incoviene me. read more

My car's low air light turned on and went to this location to have it checked out. The attendant that was on this past Saturday-in the evening, was rude! First, he mocked me when I told him the light turned on, he then proceeds to put air in my tires and says they are a little low, and when he's done he says you should be ok now, just ignore the light as he's walking away without making eye contact. read more

My low pressure light was on this morning, I managed to drive from the Valley to Santa Monica. The 1st 76 station air was out on Santa Monica blvd so I drove to the 76 gas station on Wilshire & 26th street So today, on 11.9.2022 @ 8am PEDRO motioned me to pull up to the garage when he saw me trying to use the air machine near the entrance. So I did, and Pedro offered to help check and fill all my tires in which he did. He told me the front right tire was the low tire. Yes, I know this is a full service gas station, but I am so Grateful for Pedro's quick and friendly attitude. Pedro is so Pedro and I am so appreciatve to him. Also my daughter went inside the 76th gas station store to buy snacks and she said the man behined the counter was friendly as well. So thankful to thed 76th gas station (Wilshire & 26th street). One of the last "full service" gas stations on the Westside. Got a nail in my rear tire AND a bulb went out for one of my lights. Pulled up and Eduardo was extremely helpful. He fixed my flat in a few minutes and also helped me replace my burnt out bulb. Eduardo let me know, as long as the puncture is on the tread of the tire and not the side wall, he can fix it. If you have damage to the side wall of any of your tires you need to go to another shop. While I was there Eduardo helped one lady fill up two tires and another lady fill up a radiator fluid bottle with water. Great service, clean bathroom and friendly staff. read more

Price gouging. Self Serve regular unleaded at $6.99, while the Sinclair at 26th and San Vicente is currently at $4.69. Sinclair's service is always great. You can't tell me that the 76 stations gas is over $2.00/gallon "better" than the place a mile away. No thank you. read more

I went there last night to get gas and it was 9:45 I am alone as a female and I get out of my car to use the pump and there's a sticker over the pump so I decided to pull up to the other pump when I get there I get out of my car and the guy who runs the gas station turns off all the lights closing time they close at 10 o'clock so I'm there single person in the world where we have mass shootings on a daily basis it's not closing time and the guy running the gas station turns off all the lights so I say why are you turning off all the lights and he says I'm closing. I love this station because they still have a full-service pump. They are expensive but I go here when I need to get my tires and fluids checked which is why I don't go here most of the time for gas. The employees are the best and I would recommend this station. I don't understand all the reviews where people are saying they were ripped off by the price of gas here. They are allowed to charge whatever they want and you don't have to go here for gas if you don't like their prices. If you don't know what you are paying beforehand then that is your fault. Drive a few blocks and find another station; this place is absolutely, ridiculously overpriced in comparison to other neighboring stations. Even the places to fill up right off the 405 -- usually pricey -- are more affordable than this place. Do yourself a favor and drive anywhere, ANYWHERE else but here. (Plenty of stations for your picking at Santa Monica and the 405 -- on the south and north side of your freeway). Push your car there, if you have to. $4.87 for regular gas 7/12/18 . Jeebus!!! If I wasn't on empty I would have kept going. The guy had full service stations where he checks everything and regular ones where you do it yourself. But dang he sure hikes up the gas prices. He is all about the benjamins. He wasn't too friendly either he was kind enough to tell me to move to the self service pump but that glare. He glared at me the whole time. Sorry guy I do not need to get my car check or pay whatever exuberant amount of money you charge for that service that I am sure is basic enough anyone can do it. Never thought I'd write a review about a gas station, but this 76 is so embarrassingly expensive that I encourage avoiding it unless you love spending way more money than is ever necessary or need gas so badly that you can't go anywhere else or like shopping at places like Erewhon. I filled up only 1/2 a tank just so I had enough to go somewhere else. It's simply greedy to charge this much. Kinda pathetic. read more

Price gauging Union 76, made the mistake of driving up to the station , was not paying attention to price , slid card , started pumping , at 5 gallons hit 25 something dollars at 5.39 per gallon. Thought I might be at full service isle -my bad- then check prices and this was their price for the day . Drove to a chevron and price was 3.59. I make a living off of the free market concept this beautiful country is built on, but also know where you tip scales for price gauging and legal robbery. This is one of those moments. Shame on for the greed of the ownership and the corporation that allows this as a business practice I have seen many ways to rob people but never so blatant and in broad daylight . This gas station the absolute worst. I only used it because I couldn't make it to the next one. They're price gouging is insane $4.89 for regular, $4. 97 for mid & $4.99 for premium... who does that. Before I move to the not-so-good part, here's the good: We unknowingly drove up to the full service pump and the service guy came up to us and asked us if we wanted service. We said no, and he realised that we're new in town so he briefly explained to us what full service was about and that it costs more than self-service, then directed us to another pump. Having been in LA long enough now to take note of gas prices, I'm shocked that this station has the highest prices in Santa Monica and West Hollywood - maybe even in LA (I can't verify that). Regular is 4.99 Premium is 5.19!!! There's another 76 less than a mile away with Premium at 4.27 - that's definitely where I'm headed! read more

Oh my goodness, talk about saving the day! I woke up on a Sunday morning with a low tire. By the time I got to the gas station it was completely flat. These guys quickly noticed the nail in my tire, fix it, and had me back on the road in less than 5 minutes. Talk about a god send. I went to Wilshire Union 76 to get a flat tire repaired, and they were fast, friendly,helpful, and reasonably priced.

What a nice man working at the pumps. I pulled in to the Self Serve, he pumped my gas. It is kinda expensive, but I needed a full service station because my low tire pressure light was on. After pumping my gas, he checked my tire pressure. One tire was very low, he inspected it and found two nails in it. He repaired both punctures for a very reasonable price. He sad I don't need new tires yet. They are at 51,500 miles and 5.5 years old. I can wait 6-12 more months before buying new tires. Very happy. Great service. I wish I had caught his name. read more

Why is everyone mad at this gas station because their gases are expensive? They are the first gas station that you run into coming off the highway. Obviously they would charge a higher price especially since it's on the tale of the richest neighborhoods in Santa Monica. I mean who's fault really is it that you're on EE and can't wait another three minutes until you get to the next gas station?Anyways I come every day as a routine and my walking schedule and everybody there is so kind of nice. You cant base the quality of a gas station on its gas unless you do fuel quality testing at an independent laboratory... BUT I can tell you the quality of the customer service, refrigerated beverages, and the restroom! Which all of the above are excellent. Extra cudos for extra large single stall restroom. I pulled in last evening because I was desperate for some gas, and put $20 in, which would normally put me at 3/4 tank at least, but it was barely 1/3 tank. So I drive in and swipe my card, then noticed the price. REGULAR GAS $4.99 PER GALLON WHEN THE STATION DOWN THE ROAD HAS IT FOR $3.89! I saved $22.00 filling up my tank by just driving a few blocks. But here is the best part of my story: I ask the guy that works there why the price is so high and he says prices are going up now ( fact: actually they are going down at this moment). So I express to the worker my disgust regarding the high price that he never stops defending and even insinuates that the wealthy people in this neighborhood pay it (note to the a-hole at the full service pump paying the highest premium.. you are part of the problem). This guy actually said FU to me as I drove away! Union 76, have you considered hiring people who are respectful of your clientele? Stopped here with an almost flat tire today. As I was about to try the air machine, the attendant waved me over to the repair bays. He pulled out a screw from the tire and fixed it in minutes with a smile on his face.
