My boyfriend and I found the place very easily. There was a flag and an A-Frame so you knew where to turn for the parking lot. There was a lot of parking. You enter and are instantly welcomed once you walk in. Maria was GREAT! She was very friendly, informational and helpful. Maria gave us a quick overview of the winery and their story. We did the wine tasting, and then we tried their slushies..omg the slushies and paired with a sangria?! Mmm... Especially for those who like a sweeter drink. The ambiance inside was relaxing. Both the Zin Fan Dale and Barrel #225 were immediate bottles I wanted to purchase. Don't judge my wine descriptions I'm about to give... as I make no sommelier claims :-D BUT... Man O War reminded me of a hearty/meaty, savory style wine that would pair perfect with a meal as such. Castaway is a cab that doesn't remind me of a typical cab with what I perceive to be the harshness of that style. This one was subtle and smooth. With the wine space at home overflowing, I settled on one bottle... for now! (Barrel #225) Trista was awesome! She greeted me immediately, welcomed me in and got right to telling me all about the winery and story behind the labels, location, family and wine. She was warm and energetic and seemed to really enjoy what she does. Wilson Family Winery also has sangrias and a cider on tap, as well as wine slushies. (I'll have to come back to try these! Today I just did the wine tasting, which included 6 wines for $10- and currently waived with the purchase of a bottle.) Their wine club pick-up parties also sound awesome based on what she was telling me... something to keep in mind for certain. The secret seasoning popcorn is a nice touch as well ;-) read more

This place is so cute. Very welcoming. The staff were so sweet and hospitable. Made my cousin and I feel right at home. We ended up here very randomly looking for a different winery but were very pleasantly surprised. We tried 3 of the wine slushies and each flavor was so good. The blueberry something slushy with a sangria floater was my favorite. And that seasoning on the popcorn that the owner makes is so good. I super recommend this place. read more

Stopped by this spot on the way home after seeing the sign from the road....and so glad we did! Walked in and immediately was greeted by two ladies that made you feel like they were really glad to see us. Made us feel right at home and started serving us up with some great whites and reds. We chose 6 tastings from their white and red but we got hooked up by other recommendations. We also got some of their seasoned popcorn. $15 a tasting which was waived from buying two bottles, Dark Water and Sailors Delight. Had our 11 year old son with us (don't judge) and he got a soda and munched on some popcorn. Just a really cool spot and the ladies working here are awesome! Oh and we had a taste of their slushes. They treated us just like the name says Family .Twenty Plus people and they acted like it was only two - Everyone had the same special personal treatment- they were kind, courteous, respectful enthusiastic in a very sweet way would. Attended a bridal shower here and expected a nice time as our family members always recommend the place. Upon parking, we were told to move into the overflow lot so that customers could park. I told the staff I am in the closest handicapped spot and I can't walk far. She eventually let us park two cars down. We were a party of 50, I'm not sure how we were not considered customers. The event went well, we ordered 24 pitchers of wine slushes along with other drinks. When the staff came around to serve more from our pitchers at the end of the event, she was reluctant to top off a guest's glass. Our party stayed for the live music and continued to buy wine by the bottle. When my daughter went to use their single bathroom inside, she was the only one in line and then another woman came in line after her. They both waited for someone who was in there and then my daughter used the restroom quickly when it was her turn. When she got out, the bartender (Arianna I think her name was, blonde older woman with longer hair) shouted out "you can't take a long time in the bathroom you have to keep it moving" in front of the line of people which made the line of people comment towards my daughter too even though she only took 5 minutes or less. The public embarrassment was very unnecessary. The woman was the same staff member that gave a look and was reluctant to top off the glass with the pitcher we bought. We were the only Hispanic family there and it was an uncomfortable feeling to have so many negative staff experiences. The staff member with the red hair was the saving grace. She was very attentive, helpful, and personable. She made sure it was a happy event. There are multiple wineries within a short distance of this place that we are members of. This is the first time ever feeling like such a burden as a paying customer. read more

I came here a couple of weeks ago to celebrate my birthday and had such a great experience per the recommendation of a close family member who is a member of this winery. I wanted to come again on a Saturday to just chill and have a relaxing time after a long week, and was greeted by a woman with short white hair, that was extremely rude and aggressive. Not only with me but the group that was in line before me. Rude enough to the point that I am leaving a yelp review because the experience was so bad and strange. Do not come here unless you want to deal with someone talking down to you and undermining you, even though you're literally giving their business money! Love this place, love their wines, love their servers!! The tasting location has a homey feel - we have enjoyed sitting on the porch of the tasting room which is really a second home on the property. This was my second time here and unfortunately we got here 30minutes before closing. Older woman was very rude and said "you do realize we close at 5" and "if you can drink fast enough ". We got the advice to check out WFV from another Lodi winery and we are so glad we did. The wine was really good and the experience was fun. We had a blast talking to the winemaker and hearing about how they started the winery and tasting room. When you're in there tasting, try the Flood Zone. So good. Good but expensive!! We set outside and the slushy are amazing! I had the blueberry one mixed with sangria, it had a sweet and sour taste to it and it was good. So glad I became a charter member here! The wine slushees are to die for if you love sweet drinks. Their wine club pickups and pairing have been amazing. They have accommodated curb side pickup due to this whole pandemic and their drive through wine pick up for members was super convenient and they had cheese, olives etc to pair with your pick up.
