If I hadn't been following up myself, I'm not convinced the repair would have ever been completed. The lack of communication and customer service was extremely frustrating. A significant price increase, combined with a five-month turnaround and almost no proactive updates, made this a very poor experience. Mike knew that part and was confirming to me to not get too confused and stick with what stood out for me. I still liked the Pebble Cabinets but like the darker of the Greige as well. With Laura assisting we then was able to narrow down 3 countertops and get quotes. I appreciate their assistance, patiences and kindness during my project stressing of selecting the cabinets and other portions thats necessary for the 2nd phase of my kitchen remodel project. The cabinets seem very reasonable in cost however they are not able to do a customizations like a few other kitchen remodel stores.

I can't do similar. I need exact LOL but the customer service was so nice and helpful. Today, I went in for tile for my shower floor. I have no existing shower floor so I could literally go with anything as long as it complimented the rest of the bathroom. The tile selections are endless. And pricey! But get this, they have a discontinued room. Shhhh. Go in there and maybe show them a picture of what you want and ask if they have anything similar that is discontinued. I was able to get a porcelain tile that retails at $20 a piece for $8 a piece. Score! And the manager is so friendly. He supplied my mom her tile when she built her house years ago and still remembers. He gave me a bag of their grout which doesn't stain or grow mildew. Would definitely recommend Chesapeake Tile & Marble for anyone doing some renovations or new build. You'll find one of a kind tiles that your regular home improvement store won't carry.

We went into the store and…read moreChris was very helpful and to the point and showed us the tiles & left us to pick one we liked. He was professional and a pleasure to work with. We were given a price and the contract was signed that same day! The agent came the next week to measure her floor for the exact measurements and once Chris had the info he called back & the price did change by about $1k but still an excellent price! She put a deposit down when we first went there then paid the rest of invoice when they scheduled the installation. We don't know time frames for ordering products but it took over a month before she got another call to schedule the install. The installers came yesterday & were very professional & did a good job. They even matched up the molding coming into the kitchen & around cabinets and walls and it was perfect. It did take all day but overall great work and again the floor looks amazing.

We spent months contacting them to fix the issues, even filed with the Better Business Bureau, but they continued to give us the runaround. Nothing was ever fixed, and eventually we had another contractor take it because it was starting to collapse from the weather and became a safety hazard. Very unprofessional and unreliable company. You can get far better work done for their prices by an actual licensed contractor.

I first hired them to do some small electrical jobs and they were great. So when I had to upgrade…read morethe power coming into the house I gave them a call. They took the job and did some work and told me they were done on their end and that the only thing left was for BGE to come and connect the meter. I paid them and was told that BGE would be contacting me shortly to let me know when they were coming. After a few days I called BGE since I hadn't heard from them. They told me they were never contacted and that they need pictures of the meter and wiring before they would set an appointment. I immediately called to find out what happened with the paperwork I was told was done, and got no response. As I didn't want to delay things for a call back from the electrician I sent in the pictures BGE requested and was told multiple things were done wrong (the meter needed to be outside the house, the powerline going into the house wasn't done correctly). Basically, I paid thousands of dollars to have the job not done properly. I tried calling repeatedly and left messages, but got no response. I finally left a bad review and got a call back. They scheduled a day to come and look at the work they needed to fix and then never showed up and didn't answer any of my calls. I guess fixing their mistakes isn't high on their priorities after they've already been paid.
