Initially I didn't hear anything back via text (which has always been a reliable way to reach him) and finally emailed. He did end of replying to that. However, it's been a month of texting and emailing with sporadic responses and still no repair. He's gotten really hard to get a hold of, and it's so frustrating! I spent over a hundred dollars on that last repair he did, and I still haven't been able to use my watch. So bummed that's he's become so unreliable! I finally went to another local competitor today (even texted him to let him know that I was finally fed up and going else where and STILL NO RESPONSE) and got it fixed right away with a tip they gave me to try at home. Didn't have to spend another dime. What a relief! I really hope that he can become reliable again. I know that Dripping Springs needs a reliable service provider and, unfortunately, bad news travels fast. I'd hate for his business to suffer. This duo saved my Note 5 from a serious drowning when I woke up one morning to find it floating on…read moremy nightstand.
