My friends and I visited the Tetons for The Weeknd and were blown away by Wilson pizza. This is some of the best pizza we've ever had. We had the Chicago deep dish pizza and the garlic knots, and as someone who's had all the best Chicago pizzas, this place ranks right up there with them. But more importantly, the garlic knots were TO DIE FOR; they are hand pulled, deep fried, and covered with loads of garlic and herbs. A must try. Located in a small shack about 30 minutes away from Grand Teton national park, and 12 from Jackson, it gives a super chill vibe. Jason was an incredible cook and host, making good conversation and providing waiter like service at a counter service restaurant; he even remembered us from the night before when we weren't able to wait for food. Make sure you call ahead if you plan on ordering a pizza (normally a 45 minute wait but worth every second) 100/10 will be back when we return to the Tetons. read more

First things first, the pizzas were delicious and the deep dish was better than any one I have had in Chicago! The crust was really good on both and nice and crispy! Secondly, the two guys in there were super friendly and helpful! They gave us some really good recommendations for places to eat around town and a great hike in the Grand Tetons! The place is small but has a few tables in and out. I wouldn't miss this place if I were you. read more

We were looking for a good pizza joint in the Jackson WY area, and discovered amazing pizza at Wilsons Pizza! The garlic knots were also something else, freshly prepared and so good. The staff (owners?) were really cool folks... thank you again for the birthday tiramisu, which we also enjoyed. Wilson's pizza is a hidden gem. We've been staying in Wilson every summer for well over 30 years. It's been nice to see some great restaurants pop up over the years. Fun as it is to head intoJackson, we like the quiet simplicity that Wilson has to offer. We really needed a good pizza place though, and Wilson's pizza hits the mark. They have some great offerings. Yes, the deep dish pizza is worth making plans for! Call ahead! We were here last night, and thanks to Yelp decided to call ahead and order a deep dish. We're staying with friends in Wilson for the week, and I really like the just-outside-of-town vibe of the shops in Wilson. We ate at the pizza shop, and got to meet the husband & wife that opened this shop. They're very friendly, and the shop's small and cozy with just a few tables. Back to the deep dish tho: we got a sausage and spinach pizza, and it was delicious. IMO there are many perfect ways to make a pizza, this is up there. Crunchy buttery crust, great balance of tomatoes, toppings, cheese, not too wet, but definitely saucy. And the best part is that for the 2 of us, there was enough pizza for dinner and leftovers for later. Looking forward to having those tonight! read more

We got into Wilson late on our trip through Wyoming. I called to see if they were still open, and even though it was just about time for them to close, they told us to come on and told us they would stay open so we could eat inside. Pizza was great, and the guys that run it were wonderful. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely be stopping by again. read more

Incredible pizza! We were visiting Jackson Hole for a family vacation and stopped in after skiing one day. Employees were so nice and attentive. The Caesar was also great but oh my goodness stay for the margaritas they were the best in the valley . To be honest, I had low expectations for the deep dish here. I find in resort towns there is inflated yelp reviews because everyone is on a vacation high. HOWEVER, this place slayed it. Amazing deep dish. Probably the best deep dish pizza I have had outside of Chicago. The hole execution was impeccable. The crust was spectacular, the ratio of ingredients was perfect, the ingredients were high quality and the sauce was to DIE for. So good. A+++++ Tip to the wise: order ahead and plan on taking out; they have limited seating and the pizzas take 40+min to bake. Well worth the wait though. We ordered take out after a long day in the park, and were so glad to have a locally owned place close to where we were staying! I wish we waited for the deep dish pizza that is their specialty (and we were in the mood) but we were too hungry to wait for it. The thin crust style pizza was average, we really enjoyed the Italian beef sub. The salad was delicious and full of roasted red peppers and olives, yum! After having a stellar pepperoni thin-crust last week with the fam, I just finished a Piper low-carb cauliflower and it was revelatory.
