I went again on October 4th, saw a floating doctor that was filling in for another on maternity leave, who by the way was great and I will likely be going to the clinic she regularly works at-not affiliated with Lenza. I have called repeatedly in the last 5 days to ask if my glasses are ready as I was told standard 2 weeks. I left two messages-no call back. I am no longer living close to the location and happened to be passing yesterday, so I stopped. Signs on the door that they are closed, call the Newberg office if you need assistance. Called that location, no answer, left a message, no reply. The store front in Wilsonville's hours on the door now say 3:00-6:00 Monday. I then called before 6:00, no answer. All I want is some customer service for the $350 glasses I ordered 2.5 weeks ago. A call back, or someone to answer the phones. Now I just want a refund and never to be associated with them again. There is no reason to not have staff at locations, answer messages, or be open during reasonable hours. To me this is a result of a bigger problem. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau if I don't hear back by the weeks end. **Update, called again, reached McKenzie who assures me that my glasses will be ready Thursday or Friday. When I try to explain my frustration, he says they are short staffed and there's nothing they can do about it. I suggest calling people back and if that's not an option hire an answering service or don't have an outgoing message. "Yeah, ok, well then you have a great day", then he hung up on me. Save yourself the headache and the rude receptionist. One would think the physician that owns this location should know why his clientele is diminishing.

She informed me that because of our age- 59, 62, we would need to pay for specialist copay because most people our age have cataracts or glaucoma. Even though I stated we only wanted vision exams for glasses, she still insisted that they would need 45.00 each for vision exams due to our age. Both were rude and condescending. My husband and I repeatedly stated we made appointments for just the vision exams. We feel we were discriminated against and they tried to charge us extra because of our age. We left and made an eye exam appointment with another clinic.

This office is very kid friendly and I'd highly recommend checking them out for any eye care needs. We finished off with trying on some glasses, which they had plenty of options to choose from. They do accept many types of insurance, along with care credit to keep things affordable.

These people gouged my kitchen wall while installing a countertop and wouldn't repair it or cover…read morethe cost of repair. They told me it was something that could happen during installation. Five years later, the undermount kitchen sink they installed in the same granite countertop dropped and caused a leak. I had a plumber come out and he video'd the mounts they used to install the sink and thought the length of the wood they used was too short. We both thought the bracket may have failed because of that. I called precision and told them what happened and supplied them with pics and video. They wanted to charge me to come out and reinstall the sink and, by the way, if plumbing had to be removed and then re-installed, that would require a visit from a plumber. I asked another countertop installer to come fix the sink but they won't touch other people's mistakes. My sink is being held in place by a car jack. At least the plumber fixed my leak.
