John gave us a competitive estimate in mid-2022 to renovate a hallway and half bath - a project delayed by budgets and the pandemic for about 4+ years. We set a start date of early January 2023 and John began his work. We found John and his colleague to be extremely professional, prompt and thoughtful in their work. What's more - John asked questions and verified details with us as he went. There was no assuming what we might want, and he offered helpful ideas and recommendations. Working in a fairly tight space, John and his colleague were respectful of the fact that I work from home and, although construction noise is unavoidable when tearing down walls and what have you, they were not intrusive or blasting loud music as they worked. I sincerely appreciated their professional manner and dress because my mother lives with us and I am keenly aware of how strangers in the house might make her feel uncomfortable. They were so polite and respectful of her and my family. That cannot be said of all contractors. Now, the work quality: I'd rate it excellent or better. John took great care to ensure the quality of the work and materials would meet or exceed our expectations.
