Zero stars if I could! We were ready to give a stellar review because this company was coming to do…read morethe crappy job in just two hours...but then the guy gets here and passed in pumping our tank because he didn't have easier access to his truck. What?! It was too hard for him so he recommended using someone else! He never let us show him the alternative and easier accesses (there's 3 or 4) before giving us excuses on why he didn't have the "manpower" for the job. What again?! I'm very disappointed in his attitude as a business owner/operator. Over the years we've used all the pumping services. We've learned the different ways to pump and no more than one man ever shows up. No one has ever complained about having easier access to their truck. We wasted two hours waiting for him when we could have called someone else. It's a hard job working on septic tanks, I know, but it's just not good business to leave people hanging. At least he recommended someone, I guess. Of course we didn't use them either.

I felt like they were inappropriate, so I called #1 to review the "other" companies work. They were able to point out the flaws that would block my new heat pump from being green-tagged. They pointed out the green tag was missing. They didn't charge me. So, I called them again a few months later because they proved themselves to be honest people. They came in, took care of my seasonal tuning and a toilet that was not flushing. I think I've found my trusted plumbers, and that's a hard thing to do! 10/10 recommend!
