She never said you also pay for the service person going BACK to their office. Customers Make sure you calculate for the $150 per hour that you include a ROUND TRIP time from your place and back to their office. The scheduler and I we figured maybe 30 minutes at most ONE way. I was never told "oh by the way it's 60 minutes round trip you will pay". My bill was $295 for a 30 minute electric fix (luckily) $263 for labor I was charge ......that's ONE Hour and 45 minutes ....so ONE hour and 15 minutes supposedly to get to my house and back. And I'm right next to El Dorado off cline's corner exit. I regularly get to town in 20 minutes. Doing it for 30 years.
