I made some calls to local furniture repair shops. Daniel was the most responsive person I called and was confident that he could fix it. He quoted a reasonable price and turnaround time. After about 6 months we needed to move and disassemble the bed and, unfortunately, found a missing piece underneath the frame. We contacted the store and complained, the store denied any claims referring to 30 days period after the purchase has passed.
