The manager of the store does not understand how warrantees are redeemed or sold. She used my previous warranty credit to sell me a new couch with a new warranty, but apparently you can't use that credit to purchase your next warranty. She is not trained properly and she does not train her employees properly. She called me two weeks later demanding a credit card for a new $300 warranty and told me the existing warranty. She sold me that I have a receipt for is no good. I asked to speak to her district manager and she told me they don't have district managers so I had to call a different store to talk to her boss. Customer Service is not a priority at this location. read more

Had 3 deliveries of a chest each time been damage !!! Customer service is bad .... They want to argue with you about It as well. Customers is always right ... When you pay money for something esp furniture or anything you want It not damage !!! Then they tell us that they can fix It nope It should come new and NO DAMAGE !! Period..... I came here looking for an easy chair and was warmly greeted by Yasmin (pronounced Yasmeen), when I walked in the store. After chatting with Yasmin, she showed me some home theater seating that would fit my space far better than the huge sectional I currently have. Yasmin was a lot fun to work with and kept me laughing. I ended up buying the home theater seating instead of the chair. It was pretty dope. Zee, the manager and Olivia also helped me with the purchase and actually saved me money on the final price. The entire sales staff was very friendly and willing to help. I shopped at Ashley years ago with no issues. This time nothing but issues. From wrong product, missing product, product change, damaged product; nothing has gone well and still unresolved. Complete lack of communication between store, logistics, warehouse. Many phone calls and emails later there is no resolution. Carlos and Zee in the store were great to work with. I came out to Ashley seeking a few pieces to complete the look of my new home. I searched for accent pieces, a bar cart, tv stand, lamps, and even artwork from nearly a dozen stores. I cannot tell you the names of single associate at a furniture store in the DMV. BUT THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM YESSICA was out of this world! I shopped between Bethesda and Manassas, and everywhere in between. The follow up on my items was timely, she was responsive by text on her day off just to inform me of pricing and availability. Yessica helped me choose pieces carefully to decorate my new home that represent my taste and style. "She understood the assignment!" And delivered. I'm going to be repeat customer of the Ashley in Manassas for years to come, as long as Yessica is there. Also the general manager, Noorullah was willing to put my items in my car personally! They accommodated me instead of forcing me to schedule delivery from the warehouse. Talk about convenience and ACCOMMODATION! My experience was second to none. Thanks to the team. Still horrible. Received the table with major structural damage to the support beams on the bottom of the table. And since the tabletop itself isn't a listed "part" they said I would have to ship the entire table and chairs back to receive a replacement. We just ended up removing the beam and 3D printed supports till we can get a piece of wood. read more

Sharing the same sentiments as the rest of the folks on here. HORRIBLE customer service. My husband and I purchased a home in August and bought our bedroom set(over $3,000 dollars) from this location on August 2nd. We were warned that there would be some delays due to COVID and that's totally understandable. It is now November 18th and I just called the store to check on the delivery status and they're now quoting the week of December 4th. The delivery date has been pushed back now three times. I asked if we were able to receive a delivery fee refund to somewhat make up for the wait but all of their customer service reps sound like robots and deliver the same exact non-genuine apology line that was clearly rehearsed. This is unacceptable! They should have been upfront from the beginning if the furniture was going to take 4-5months to be delivered. We bought a sectional from the Woodbridge location at the end of August and it arrive about a month ago. So why is the bedroom set taking so long? I can't receive any answers, clarifications, or compensation. BAD BUSINESS! We will never buy from Ashley's again. read more

Hello everyone one- please don't waste your time at Ashley stores. There customer services are full of unprofessional people. My wife and I bought our first home in the month of January of 2020, so we went to ashley to purchase all of our house furnitures. But the bed room base has damages on it upon deliveries, and we were told to contact customer service to have it replaced. Since the month of February ashley have been delivering the same damage footbored over and over to us. We spent over 6000 dollars over for this sets. We never received any phone call from Ashley supervisors or anyone. We have been dealing with there customer service since February now we are in October still the same problem. Whenever we go by the ashley store in manassas they will say you need to call our customer service number for any items delivered. Ashley furniture only care about money not there customers. once they deliver your items they do not care about what you have to say. Below are the pictures of the damages. If I could I would put -10 stars for Ashley Furniture store in Manassas VA. Stay away from them! I have purchased furniture in 2020 it was paid through store offered credit card. I have paid it off and closed the account. Now, I received a letter stating that they are taking me to collections for unpaid balanced..... This is clear harassment. It was already dismissed once by the judge as we've proved that the balanced been paid, and yet they turned around and did it again.... read more
