    Pros: Super nice people, good prices, upgraded base that had been damaged in transit…read more Cons: During the appointment I asked what the comfort level of mattress (expensive) was deemed. I was told firm, I needed medium-firm so I was good with that. After struggling for weeks for comfort I found that the manufacturer deems the mattress medium-soft. I'm now attempting to sell this mattress because it causes even more pain and even though I was misinformed I was told that "we aren't responsible for comfort issues". This is an ALL SALES FINAL store so leave the store and do your research if you are spending a lot of money. It's been 8 weeks and several contacts, I'm still waiting for the leg extension kit that I was promised. Would I go back, probably not for a high end mattress.

    I purchased a mattress a couple years ago from this company and I was in the market to get 2 other…read moremattresses for my spare rooms, but before purchasing I wanted to see how they stood behind their warranty. The Allenton King that I purchased was sagging so when my parents offered to get me a good quality mattress I figured I would see how the warranty process went. If they didn't stand behind it I still had a mattress, but if they did then it would give me the opportunity bless someone the way I was blessed. It started out fine. Once the mattress my parents got me came in I contacted Barry via Facebook and he asked me to contact his partner via text. I was asked to send pictures of the mattress, the problem areas and the actual tag on the mattress. The pictures were sent and the approval came rather quickly. We set up a time for me to come pick out a new mattress. I inquired at this time about the return process of the old mattress and was told it would be discussed once I pick out a mattress. Up until this point I was pretty confident that things were going to go well. Upon going in to pick out the mattress was when things started going downhill. Upon entering the business I was wearing a mask. The first thing he said was masks aren't necessary for him. I told him I wear mine because I do senior Home Health and it is out of respect for my client and their family. He told me masks are stupid, but did say he wasn't calling me stupid. I was disturbed because 4 days prior to this meeting a local pastor we both know died from the virus. Due to the conversation regarding the pastor he was aware I use to attend that church. He then asked where I attend now. When I told him he said he use to be on staff and was so happy not to be there anymore. As many times as he said it I began questioning him because my church is AMAZING. At this point I'm just trying to get out of there because I don't feel like I can say what I want because if I make him mad I might end up having a problem getting the replacement. By now I've told the person who is getting the mattress that since it was approved I would be gifting it to them when it comes in so I didn't want there to be a problem at this point. He gave me instructions for return and said I would be without a mattress, but I told him it wasn't an issue because I had another mattress. I told him at that time that I don't have a truck so I have to get someone to bring it. He said he would be at the office most of the day Saturday. I told him I would try to get someone, but I had to check. He said if I couldn't we could set up something for the following week. The person who I asked for hurt at work so Saturday was out. I let him know so he wouldn't be expecting me. He told me to get with him the following week. I sent my first text Tuesday. He told me he didn't have any appointments scheduled yet so he couldn't tell me a time yet. At this time I explained that I only had a truck and someone to move it Friday anytime after 12. He said he would be there Friday, just not sure when. I told him if I couldn't do it Friday it would be the following week because Fridays is when I can do it. After that it was rudeness and I was told to check Thursday evening or Friday morning (such a great amount of time to plan when you are asking people to be available to help you) Thursday comes and I wait until 7:11pm as to not irritate him. I waited all evening to hear anything. Basically, he won't make the time to come to honor the warranty and give you the same customer experience as a person coming to buy. I vented to a friend who made an online appointment to purchase a mattress just to see if he would contact her. When I got up this morning I had a text at nearly 11pm saying he would be there 11-1130. Had she not done that I don't think I would have heard anything at all. I honestly am confused about what happened for him to start responding so rudely. I don't know if it was the fact that it was in regard to a warranty (which I doubt because everything was fine up regarding it up to the point of me coming in the office), our opposing views regarding masks and the Covid virus or the fact that he dislikes my church so much. Whatever it is/was this whole thing was testing the integrity of the business to see if they stood behind their word. I will go elsewhere to purchase the twin and queen mattress sets that I need and definitely won't recommend this business again!
