As I had used AndyDuck to previously repair a washing machine - and their work then was prompt, professional, and effective - I did not hesitate to reach out to them with this issue. Andrew, my technician, came out, diagnosed the problem, and arrived at the scheduled date and time to complete the repair. As I paid him, he was very proud to tell me that his work comes with a 6-month guarantee. After he left, I ran the dishwasher again. While the dishwasher stopped leaking on normal cycles, it still poured out water on the 1-hour quick wash cycle. It took more than 24 hours to get a response, and even then only after I filled out their online contact form. Andrew said he could come out on a specific day, but unfortunately I was not available, and asked for a day the following week. He agreed, and then never contacted me again. As of the writing of this review, it has been nearly 1 full week since I've last had contact with anyone from this company. Please note: The phone number on their website does not work, and the number they text you from will not accept calls. This is strictly a "Don't call us, we'll call you" type of company. I will not do business with them again, and I urge others to be cautious of doing business with them as well.

    Contacted this company about a dryer that would not heat…read more Found them via Yelp searching for Whirlpool technicians. Bad: * Slow to reply (contacted via website form) * Called first despite asking for contact to be email; responsive via email once going * Arrived before scheduled window (did both email and call ahead, tho showed up without confirmation) * Van unmarked (as far as I saw) * Person who knocked (apprentice?) unmarked (as far as I saw); actual main person was marked * Price almost as much as a new dryer * Bill not itemized (I didn't ask); I wonder if I ended up paying for an estimate despite the fact their website says it's free (or that's how I read it) - if not the price was even rougher Good: + Work was as desired + Friendly & polite + Switched to more advantageous coupon; despite that price comment above remains + Explained things, showed worn part after swap. Cleaned up after selves (even better than it started). Of note (not bad or good for me but may be worth knowing): = Had the part so were able to diagnose and repair same day = Upsell (4 parts instead of the 1 asked for, but with wear in mind probably worth) = Person scheduling was same as the service person (sign of a small company likely) = Website makes me wonder if they are Whirlpool certified or just use the closest language they can and not be to draw you in = Technicians were speaking a non-English language between themselves = Took a phone call while on the job = 90 day warrentee "same as the part when we buy it" TLDR; ok company, I almost hope they made some money on me and use it to become better overall. I feel like appliance companies specialize in knowing how much a new appliance is and charging just slightly less than it's worth the hassle to get a new one (in addition to doing good work [hopefully]) - no exception here (price around $400).     I would not use them again, but I want to give a fair review…read more I called to have two items repaired, an ice maker and dryer. They said they would come next day, but didn't show up. When I called, they had accidently took me off the schedule. No big deal, mistakes happen. They came the next day- later than planned- but they came. Sunny was confident that he knew the problem with both the ice maker and dryer but needed some parts. He returned and fixed the dryer and said he fixed the ice maker. We paid $850, bill was not itemized. The dryer was working but he said the ice maker needed time to make ice so it wasn't ready yet. 48 hours later, still no ice. We called Sunny, he said he thinks he knows the problem but needs a part and call back next week. I called. I left messages. I texted. I emailed. I was ghosted. I looked into small claims court. When I reviewed the contract, I saw that the bill was not itemized, so that's my bad. Ultimately, we found another company to complete the ice maker portion of the job and I decided to let this be a learning moment for me.
