Truly disappointed to be writing this as I NEVER leave bad reviews unless there is something…read moreastronomically important to share - which is that I would never recommend this company again. I am a long time real estate investor and real estate agent, so I work with a LOT of contractors. Justin started off okay (missed our first appointment but offered me a small credit to make up for it - fine) and the siding work seemed good, but the debris left on site was HORRIFIC. Garbage and vinyl everywhere. Justin and a friend came to clean it themselves which again, great, but then the brand new gutters began to leak and the downspouts drain DIRECTLY into my foundation. I requested a repair be made ASAP as the install was clearly incorrect, and Justin has answered me twice (with excuses) over SEVEN TIMES OF ME REACHING OUT since July. The issue is STILL not corrected and I even let him know I would be forced to file a complaint with the BBB and make other consumers aware of this via reviews platforms. It would have been an easy fix, but Justin's response was that "by the time he sent someone out he would have to pay them for a half day's work". I reminded him that had it been done correctly in the first place, that would never have been an issue. This was the first time I used Justin, and my other contractors have consistently gotten work from me for years. I couldn't have been more accomodating to help remedy this clear issue but I have been consistently ignored and now I have to pay someone else to correct this company's mistake (that would have been VERY EASY for them to rectify). Sad to say this was a huge headache, and something I have no time or patience for.
