I like their double lifetime warranty and the quick response time on emails. Our new windows are installed and look great! We did have one window backordered and the installation of the others was delayed for a few months due to that. Given the COVID environment, that makes sense. Overall I'm satisfied and really glad I didn't pay twice as much for the same windows with the other installer.
