During a boundary negotiation with neighbor that might lead into an adverse possession resolution…read moreit was determined that the need for a survey of the property would be a requirement. I interviewed 3 different surveyor companies and chose CSI to complete this work. The scope and time frame was reviewed with each organization mostly all had very full work commitments which is expected during all the current building activity within the local area. I was given expected time frame from CSI that would support my legal activity as it progressed. They also were very helpful in the "education" of "exact" needs for legal actions of various types along with the requirement of filing final product exhibits and property descriptions variance. Working together towards the final product in a detailed and defined manner also resulted in a mutual agreement on the estimated cost. This supported both of our objectives and resulted in a timely but not pushed product that I can now present in a validated legal means. I would recommend CSI to perform such services if asked and also remind those that ask that if you want something really bad most likely that is the product you may end up with at a greater cost. Dave and his organization made this aspect very informative and cost effective. Thanks....

For the short message, if you are buying a house through Paramount do not use them to renovate,…read moreremodel, or let alone touch anything by the "construction side". We purchased our home over a year ago through Paramount and the purchasing experience was what one would consider reasonable. Beside the part of being preached about how they are all in house and have team that can paint and do flooring...... that's where our nightmare begins. Purchased the home, and they were to install new flooring and give the interior a fresh paint job, nothing over the top. Painted things they should not have, ripped out flooring they should not have, over promised and under delivered. Ripped out the stairs and was told we'll replace them for free..... bathrooms less lip but was happy to use extra materials that were not allocated for the square footage ordered. All of the finishing work probably could have been completed better off by my 2 year old son. Caulking clumps everywhere.... roller marks through the skylights and 40 foot ceilings, they needed to hire a 3rd party to come in and redo all of the flooring work, replaced damaged window ceilings with lesser than builder grade material, mind you we have initially purchased the home with nice hardwood oak throughout..... all getting painted and tarnished throughout this process. This is turning into a list of absolute blunders that in reality are examples of what you do not want your hard earned money to go towards. Let alone one of the most valuable assets you potentially have in your portfolio. Anyone open to a class action lawsuit please feel free to reach out.

I have NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional excuse for a property management company in my life…read more If you ask them to do a pre-moveout inspection so they can list any damages that they may charge you for, Brett will act like he had to bend over backwards to do his job. He'll be sure to let you know that it wasn't required of him, and will try to make you feel bad for taking precautions to get your deposit back. When he did the inspection with me, it was extremely half-assed. He was in and out of the house in less than five minutes and told me everything looked fine. Then later when he withheld an excessive amount ($500) from my deposit for damages, he said "it's easy to miss things after walking through the property once". This is extremely dishonorable behavior. I asked him to list damages so that I could fix anything out of pocket and not be charged excessively later. It was totally obvious that he skipped over the damages on purpose and highly overestimated the amount actually needed to repair a small hole the size of a dime. And don't even bother calling to talk to someone over the phone, you'll get a bitchy receptionist who acts like you're the scum of the earth for calling in to make her actually do something. At this point it's not even about them keeping $500 from my deposit. It's about principle. These people are terrible at their jobs and have no inclination to help you as a tenant. If I could, I would give ZERO stars for their poor customer service and unethical business practices.

This is the WORST property management company I have ever dealt with in my life! My husband and I…read moreare military and we have dealt with our fair share of property management companies, but never in our lives have we ever dealt with a company who is as poor of a company as this!!!!! We have a roof leak and so do our neighbors (our houses are connecting and both owned by the same person and therefore both rented out through KPM), we reported the issue as soon as we realized there was an problem. There was never actually any water dripping from our ceiling it was coming up from our bedroom floor in our master bedroom so naturally we thought there was a pipe leak as there was also water in the exact same spot in our garage just below our bedroom. We reported the issue and the property management guy Brett who said no it's a roof leak but never explained his reasoning for that. I said I don't think it is, I have water coming up from my floor and in my garage in the exact same spot. His reply is "well we will send out a plumber, but who is going to pay for the plumber if it's not a plumbing issue?" Implying we would be paying for the plumber. I emailed back and said why would we pay for a plumber when I am simply reporting an issue?? I went to talk to my neighbors to find out they have been having the same problem for over a month and they haven't even been able to move into their master bedroom because of the situation. We have been sending emails back and forth to get this problem fixed for 2 weeks now with no resolve. I have been accused of delaying the process for not letting a carpet guy into my house (I work full time and am a full time mother and the carpet guy called three hours before he came to my house to say he needed to check things out. My schedule was busy that day and for that was accused of refusing entry into my house through a very rude email from the property manager Brett). I can't sleep in my own bedroom because they had to move my furniture all over my house so that they could fix the carpet so I have been sleeping in my guest room which I will have to move out of in a couple days as I have company coming to stay with me. Half of my bedroom furniture is in my hallway, I have all of the drawers from my dresser pulled out and all over my upstairs because they have my dresser pushed against my bed. My master bedroom is pretty much unlivable right now because of this roof situation. I understand that they need to get approval from the owner of the property in order to proceed with repairs, however my poor neighbors reported this over a month ago, and I reported it two weeks ago and we are still waiting for the roof to be repaired. They put a tarp on the roof to "keep water out" which is like putting a Band-aid on a gun wound. Not really going to do much. The property management company said that they won't fix the roof until the weather lets up. It's January meaning the weather isn't going let up until June. To sum things up, DO NOT RENT FROM KITSAP PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. They are the rudest, most inconsiderate property management company we have ever dealt with in our 17 years in the military! We are good tenants, we pay our rent on time, we are quiet we report issues when we have issues and we treat the property with respect, yet we are treated like we are the bad guys in this situation. It looks like we aren't the only ones who have had issues with them either. Seems that I should have done my homework and read some reviews on them prior to renting from them!

Kevin is quite the Realtor and consummate professional. He is brutally honest, knowledgeable and kind. We worked with Kevin from out of State as we searched data bases of possibilities and not once did he ignore us or make us feel unimportant. He answered all our questions, and as he got to know our desires and wants, pointed us to areas that would make our choices a reality. And for those areas that didn't quite fit, Kevin would offer his expert advice as to why not. If we insisted on an area, he would not talk us out of any property, but would let us make the decision as to why it wasn't a fit. He usually had the right call because he knew what was important to us. From the moment we met face-2-face, it was a perfect working relationship. Kevin was punctual, knowledgeable and extremely focused. He was the utmost professional and an advocate for us as his clients, and since we lived out of State, it made a HUGE difference knowing he had our back. If you want a true professional, call upon South Kitsap Properties. Kevin handled all the business process of purchasing the house from the search, the showings, making an offer, inspection, all the way up to the Close, maneuvering issues as they arose. He checked in frequently, and took our calls to navigate us through the process. To think that this is our 5th house, and by far the smoothest transaction from any Realtor in the past! Terrific experience!! And I can't say enough about Kevin, but thank you, which seems to be only a good start!
