First of all, I just want to say that the shop is a beauty. The inside is so nicely decorated and sooooo clean, you immediately feel at ease when you walk in. But it only gets better, the staff is also incredibly amazing and sweet. From the girl who works the front desk with the orange and pink hair to Jacky who did my piercing. I didn't know it was appointment only (should have called ahead of time) but they still attended to me in less than 30 mins. And when Jacky did my piercing it didn't even hurt. I went yesterday wanting some numbers on piercings and she just happened to have an opening at that time. I haven't gotten any piercings in over 6 years and decided i wanted my nose and septum done. From the girl at the front to the actual piercer being patient with me because i was nervous, I LOVE THIS PLACE!! She explained every step she was doing and was able to calm me down. I'm not gonna lie it hurt lmao but it was quick and i love the piercings. I definitely recommend this spot for any piercings you might want. I came here to get my septum done with pretty high hopes and expectations and I'm not even exaggerating when I say I was extremely satisfied and beyond thankful for Jacqueline's kindness and professionalism! I got my helix piercing done with Jacky about a week ago and I can't say enough great things about my experience! This was my first piercing since I got my lobes pierced when I was a kid, so I looked around for a while before deciding on Windflower. Right away, I was impressed by the cleanliness of Jacky's studio, how accessible the information was on her website, and how friendly/approachable/first-time piercing-friendly the overall vibe was. When my dad and I arrived for our appointment, Jacky greeted us and she was really friendly, and when I told her it was my first time to get pierced as an adult, she took a lot of care in explaining the process to me and showing me the different jewelry selections. She took time to sanitize the piercing, and also the piercing room, and she invited my dad to come in with me to the piercing room. Her vibe is really calm and friendly, which helped a lot with any leftover nerves I had to get my helix. She marked three potential spots, had me look in the mirror to choose where I wanted, and she was really patient during the entire process. I was in and out probably even less than the 30 minute slot I booked through her website. Like I said, it's been about a week now and my piercing has been healing nicely, haven't really had anything except from a little bit of tenderness.
