Had a great experience getting my septum pierced here. Everything was nice and clean. There were QR codes in the front for the forms and for aftercare information, which was very convenient. Jacky was so professional and understanding throughout; she explained everything as she did it and answered all my questions. I got 3 piercings done here, technically four. I wanted my other nostril done and we agreed on the placement but I ended up not liking the placement. I could not possibly be happier with my experience here! I just went in to get mine and my 7 year old's ears pierced and I was so impressed with the whole business. The person who helped us at the front was so helpful and made sure to break down the cost of everything upfront so there were no surprises. I had been considering a septum piercing for a while but was always deterred by not being able to make the waitlist at other places in time. A friend recommended Windflower because she had been before and liked that they accepted appointments rather than walk in only. I was able to make one that same day and was seen on time with a very minimal wait for sterilizing the jewelry. The staff was BEYOND professional and the shop is PRISTINE. Jacky was super informative, gentle and made me feel extremely comfortable thru the procedure. Her calmness really eased my nerves when it came to getting thru it. Their after care tips/ instructions are accessible and easy to follow as well. I also loved that the piercing studio is just as spacious as it is private. Ive driven to a lot of different locations to get pierced and so far Luluspiercing and this place are going to be my go to! I got pierced yesterday evening with Jackie! She was super sweet and patient with how indecisive I was with my jewelry placements. I don't know who the gentleman was but he was at the front desk, he was friendly and helpful as well.. I was very pleased with my experience at this location. Jackie took photos of the jewelry pieces that I was interested in and showed me how they looked on my ears. I never once felt rushed to get pierced and I didn't feel that they just wanted me to buy only their expensive pieces. Each jewelry piece I wanted the employees would tell me where it would put my cost at.. They even allowed me to reuse a jewelry piece I got at a different shop which made me surprised and happy. Most of the shops don't like to use other locations pieces, I didnt want to waste how much money I had spent on the jewelry piece. As long as you let Jackie know before she pierces you she can look at the jewelry piece to determine if it's okay to be used on you and if so she will sterlize the jewelry piece. I got 3 new piercings from her, 2 helix on my left and 1 on my right. I'll definitely be returning to this little hidden gem. Thank You!
