We did go through two main dentists over the 4 year span, but Dr McCray was amazing. Fast forward to my last 2 visits since our last doctor left and it has been horrible. The wait times are ridiculous. Recently we waited over 45 mins from X-rays and initial exam / cleaning for the dentist to come and do her final inspection. Just sitting, in the open area. No walls or doors, whereas they used to always put us in a room because I have multiples and they can get fidgety. She showed no urgency at all, and stopped to see other patients that were later arrivals than me and my kids. We were told at least 3 times that it would be 5-10 mins more, and it was not the case. I am saddened because this is the only dentist office my kids have seen, and up until a year ago it was amazing. Now, I do not recommend you coming here, if you value your time or customer service. She explained everything in a way that we could understand and was so incredibly kind to my 10-year-old daughter. The staff was also amazing! Talked directly with my daughter and held her hand through the process (literally). They made sure she was comfortable and even gave her prizes, a popsicle and a blow up balloon animal at the end of everything. Honestly, although this was a horrible accident and probably a long road of recovery, Dr. Dizak and her team made this experience as positive as they could for us. Thank you all!

When I never received the refund, they said it was because they charged a random person and that random person received my refund. They were unable to communicate why a random person was charged and refunded for work my child had done and my insurance paid for. When pressed for more info, the guy at the front became annoyed with me and got condescending saying let me draw this out for you on a piece of paper. I asked several times for paperwork showing everything they were stating wasn't insurance fraud to no avail. Mistakes happen but clearly communicating and proving without a shadow of a doubt that fraud was not a factor should be easy for a reputable business. Clearly this dentist office is not that. Sad as I've brought my kids here for years.

They both made us feel very comfortable and put a lot of my anxiety to rest. Office staff was very kind and helpful!
