The entire staff is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful--they truly go above and beyond to make both parents and kids feel at ease. Dr. Dean is exceptional. He's personable, calm, and has a natural way of connecting with children. My little one went from being anxious to actually excited about coming to the dentist! The office itself is thoughtfully designed with kids in mind--intimate and cozy without feeling crowded. The waiting room has iPads to keep kids entertained, and there's even a drawer full of toys for them to choose from after their visit. Inside the treatment rooms, TVs are mounted on the ceilings so kids can watch their favorite shows while getting dental work done--such a brilliant touch! Plus, the rooms are secluded for added comfort and privacy, and everything is spotless. We also opted into their in-house dental package instead of using traditional dental insurance, and it's been one of the best decisions we've made--affordable, transparent, and comprehensive. Prior to moving to Frisco, I did EXTENSIVE research and gathered ALOT of feedback from other local Moms on the best dentist in the area. All of them said Texas Tiny Teeth!!! I love that there's an Ortho section also so transitioning won't be tough bc we already know braces are in our future $$$ Today was our first visit and although there was a ton of anxiety for our daughter coming to a new place with new faces, our assistant Jessi was a BLESSING. She has to be the most SWEETEST, CALM, KIND and GENTLE dental assistant we've ever had. She made a scary situation for our daughter a pleasant one. She kept her cool, when I was losing mine. Thanks Jessi! We're used to having a private room and it was my fault I didn't book one. Dr. Slaughter was very informative and very transparent with what we needed to do for our next dental appointment. We did go through two main dentists over the 4 year span, but Dr McCray was amazing. Fast forward to my last 2 visits since our last doctor left and it has been horrible. The wait times are ridiculous. Recently we waited over 45 mins from X-rays and initial exam / cleaning for the dentist to come and do her final inspection. Just sitting, in the open area. No walls or doors, whereas they used to always put us in a room because I have multiples and they can get fidgety. She showed no urgency at all, and stopped to see other patients that were later arrivals than me and my kids. We were told at least 3 times that it would be 5-10 mins more, and it was not the case. I am saddened because this is the only dentist office my kids have seen, and up until a year ago it was amazing. Now, I do not recommend you coming here, if you value your time or customer service. I have started the process to locate a better fit for me and my kids. Use this practice at your own risk...

Dr. Karrie is very knowledgeable and patient, she takes the time to educate both parent and child. We had a lip and tongue tie revision done at 2 months old and had our one year visit. The reimbursement process from the revision was daunting at first but Mr. Danny stayed on the insurance company and kept us informed every step of the way. Also they have kid sized potties, how accommodating is that?!

I would recommend this pediatric dentists for all my friends/family not only for the service but the cost is amazing too. For the kids, they turn on their favorite movie (mounted on the ceiling), have cute kid friendly furniture and toys (for during the appointment) and of course a toy afterwards to take home. I highly recommend Dr. Chen, she definitely made the whole dentist experience for my 5 year old not traumatic even with extractions. Ashley and everyone in the office was also exceptionally friendly.
